2 separate calls a few days apart. Great work and reasonable pricing. Called this afternoon and he had a plumber here in less than 30 minutes. Who does that anymore? Great service. Issues resolved. Highly recommended contractor.

Another update:
As always Raphi is the best!! Aside from just being a super great guy, he fixed my washing machine pipe issue without a hitch. He also remedied the problem with my water pressure in 30 seconds.
I always know I can count on him to get it done properly and efficiently.

I called Preferred Plumbing for a bathroom leak. George was amazing!! He was a super nice guy and although I was pretty convinced I knew what the problem was he wanted to check out one other possibility…and thank G-d he did because he was right! Gavi (another very nice guy) arrived with the necessary tools and the two of them got to work…and it was a task!
They were fantastic!
I never regret calling Preferred Plumbing because I always know I am in trustworthy, competent hands.

Raphi was on time, super professional, and very thorough. Our house is a bit of a plumbing disaster and he spent the time to really investigate all the nooks and crannies. I also really appreciate that he gave us 3 quote options to choose from for the repairs depending on how much we want to do.
He’s an honest person with an impressive work ethic who actually wants to help his customers.
If I could find people like him in all work trades home ownership would be a much happier experience.

Great job! I went from panic from a burst pipe to the team arriving on site in 30 minutes. It took them 2 hours to find and fix the problem. The work was done quickly, efficiently and with great care. Time was taken to clean up the area and make sure I understood the issue and the repair required. George and Gavi were professional and I would highly recommend.

I had a small leak in a copper hot water pipe and made the call to preferred plumbing solutions late in the day. I got an appointment for 10-1 next day and Raphie took me through 4 options for posible work which included items identified as “not to code”. In the end I took the option to just fix the leak issue which took him under a hour. The work exceeded my expectations as the copper was replaced with a modern version. Everything was left clean and tidy. The work options were well explained and there was no pressure to do more. I recommend preferred plumbing solutions and I intend to use them in the future.

What can I say about George and Gavi? They are true professionals, with an obsession to detail and perfection. They explained every step and every decision.
When I lived in Forest Hill, I had a full house renovation. I wish I had these guys back then. I will break down why I can recommend them without reservation:
(1) What they promise, they deliver.
(2) They will show up when they say.
(3) They are not satisfied unless they have it perfect.
(4) They do not try to oversell.
(5) They clean up the renovation...and that is not their job.
(5) They are pleasant to have in the house–-I know that is not a selling point…but it means something to me. The next point is similar.
(6) My wife is thrilled with thei work.
(7) The work will get done and you will not be disappointed.
I recommend them without reservation. My next project that needs to be done, must be done before they retire.
I don’t ever think I have said to someone that has worked in my home, “ I love you guys.”
I have had so many ups and downs with people working in my home. These guys are artists. Thank you guys.
Just to add to the review. I asked them to pick out a vanity for me. That is extra work for them. I absolutely love it.

You had chosen to proceed with the proposed work and only when you had reviewed the options, approved the quote and signed for the work did we proceed.
In addition, the owner of our company himself personally called you to address you price concern and explained everything clearly. He than concluded with a courtesy discount.
In your case, the system was completely clogged—a full blockage. Our technicians had to cut out sections of the drain from the basement ceiling to fully remove it. We replaced that piping and trap at no extra charge, then thoroughly power-jetted to the main line. We had two techs to expedite the work. We’re sorry if the cost surprised you, but our pricing reflects what it truly takes to operate—no more, no less. We’re proud to provide prompt, dependable service whenever needed.
