We discussed (among other things) a cold climate heat pump as an eventual replacement for the AC and I would only use Precision for that work.

Services are fantastic - issue is getting them scheduled. Even with emergency issues like no heat in winter and threat of pipes bursting, response times are days. I often have to hire someone else, even though they installed my system, when urgent response is needed. Super frustrating because their techs are highly competent and professional.

Precision and James are real pros. Got a call first thing this morning and service was delivered when promised.
David showed up to replace a faulty pipe that caused damage to ground floor and basement due to leak. On time, friendly, professional and really knew what to do. First class all the way. Our experiences with Precision have been superb whether it is plumbing, AC or Heating.
I cannot praise Precision enough. Manny and David showed up to appraise and recommend systems for heating and hot water -- on time. And to top it off, they ordered everything on the day and will install everything the next day. They provided numerous options and provided recommendations best suited to the home. We have been with Precision for seven years, are moving home and intend to stay with them.
Both Justins, David, Eric and One were terrific. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with us. We have enjoyed terrific service from Precisions since moving to Boulder almost a decade ago. They just installed a new furnace, a tankless hot water system, related and additional electrical and humidification.
David is superb. Very aware and attentive to customer service.
The entire Precision Team, including Jacob, who completed electrical work in a very timely fashion, performed brilliantly. David, who installed a tankless hot water system, Eric and Justin, who installed a new, high efficiency furnace, and Jacob and One, who undertook the electrical services, came the day before, installed over the next two days and completed everything very quickly and thoroughly.
Eric was great. Turns out our problem was simple and he was very gracious in showing me how the control for the heat/AC worked
Levi was superb. Worked hard for the entire day and ensured our plumbing was totally safe and secure. Could not have asked for a more attentive, courteous and professional person.
Joe was friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable.

I called Precision for a second bid on my boiler repair. They found the source of the problem which the first company completely missed. And they finished the bigger job in half the time the first company quoted me for (at a fixed price). You pay top dollar for Precision but it's worth it.
