I changed this review from 1 star to 5 stars thanks to Rob. As you can see below I had some issues with quality. I did have to escalate the issue but once I did, Rob came to the house and was super pleasant and agreed, without any argument, that the particular crew who came to my home did not meet his quality. He explained which things could not meet my standards in a way I could understand - changes in code, land erosion, risk of wood rotting, etc. He assured me it would all be corrected. He also agreed to hold on payment until I was satisfied.
I am a business owner myself. I know there are times staff does not meet the customer's or my standards, it happens. The fact that Rob came out himself and has worked hard to correct the situation demonstrated integrity. He and the second crew have earned my respect and willingness to ensure an edit was made. Mistakes do happen, repair did happen. Thanks y'all.

ORIGINAL review:
I chose to replace my thirty year old fence.
Carson came and measured, again, seemed nice enough and ensured me I would be pleased. Fast forward to the installation crew and my disappointment.
They require you to be home while the installation happens. So I am expecting some check ins and updates. None. After they left on day two I went outside to take a look. The pickets do not touch the deck, they did in the past. They did not bother to take photographs of the detail work and raised the fence line by almost two feet in one area, removed a 90 degree square corner where there was one. I had two, one I asked to be removed, one I did not. The boards are level on the top, great, but the bottom edges are jagged - not uneven I know that is a requirement for the level top- jagged. There are multi inch gaps between the gate and the posts. Finally they pushed the fence line out in some areas and in in others so that it was no longer aligned with the decked paths in my garden. They had to spend an entire additional day removing posts and resetting them as a result.
After noticing some of the issues I called Carson and sent videos of the initial work. I was left to play middle man with the crew. He did not come out to talk to them. No quality control by the company. The crew spoke English but it was not their first language so communication was disjointed.
Should they meet my satisfaction I will take down this review and write a new one based on how satisfied I am with the final outcome.
