My garage door was making noise and groaning under motion. Precision Door's Alex came out to perform a tune-up and balance to door springs. Alex proved to be not only a nice person, but very knowledgeable about door operations and tuning. The oversized and heavy garage door now moves smoothly and quiet.
I called…they came…they fixed! What more can you ask for. This is my second time (for a different garage) using the services and these folks are the real deal. This is the way business is supposed to work in the USA.

They were excellent!!! I called with garage door opener problems today.And they gave me a window that very same day and we're here on time and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable and fair price. From the time I spoke on the phone with the receptionist to the end of the project.It all went as goods could ever be expected. The technician did a fantastic job and was so very friendly. Everything went so smooth and we were just delighted! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

I'd been having minor problems with my garage door opener and made an online appointment with Precision, which is a great option to have. There were lots of time slots available and I chose one that worked for me. My technician, Eric, called before arrival and came at the beginning of my time slot. He assessed my issues and gave me a range of options from easy and inexpensive to more thorough and expensive, and I was able to see the choices and prices. Since my unit was 20 years old, I decided to go with the complete option rather than putting a "bandaid" on it. Eric had all the parts available and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Everything works great and it is a far better system than what I had. It was a little pricey, but I guess everything seems expensive to me these days. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Precision garage doors.

Called with an urgent garage door issue. They scheduled me same day for service. Within 20 minutes of scheduling, the technician called and was on his way. Technician, Eric, was awesome. He surveyed the situation and within 10 minutes he explained the solution. He even helped me move items that were in the way. He explained everything he was doing and probable cause of why it may have happened. Eric completed the service on the garage door and a quick service on the garage door opener within 40 minutes. It works better than before.

I had a GREAT experience yesterday with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. One of the garage door springs snapped with a car stuck in the garage on Thanksgiving. We called on Thanksgiving and not only answered but schedule service the next day. Josh Allswang came out and was incredible. He identified the issue immediately and was able to replace the springs within a few hours so its fully functional and we could get the car out. I'd highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and Josh!

When I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, I was relieved that the company would send a tech out the same day to get address the concerns I had. Sergio Mendez was sent out later in the day and assessed and repaired the issue. He explained the process, was able to make the necessary repairs and asked if I had any questions.
