I’ve had issues with my garage door motor for sometime now. I happen to see a tech from Precision Garage Door Service at a neighbors house today. I spoke with Joseph and asked if he would stop by my residence for a consultation and quote. Joseph stopped by and looked everything over and we came up with a plan to fix everything within my budget. I agreed with the services and he had time to fix me up immediately. Joseph was caring of my needs, knowledgeable, professional, and very polite! He was able to finish everything in a very timely fashion especially considering I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I would recommend this company to anyone! Leads me to further believe that everything happens for a reason. Big thanks to Joseph and Precision Garage Door Service for taking care of my garage door repairs.

Great customer service. The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. He completed his work in a timely manner and explained everything that he did. My garage door works better than ever and is a lot more quiet. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

We had a problem with door not fitting but the problem was corrected. Jalen Fuss was the tech that corrected the situation and also helped us get connected to the app. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Excellent service! We were headed out of town when we realized we needed Precision Garage Door Service. They were able to send someone the same day! Michael Ganning was our service guy and he even came ahead of is scheduled time. He explained the problem with the door, pointed out some things that would develop I to problems in the near future and fix it all. AND, we were still able to make our trip out of town . The young tech showed up within 2 minutes of the time promised. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. Fixed within 20. Great reasonable price and off he went. This is my 2nd experience with you guys and both have been perfect. Thanks again!

We recently helped a family move into a new house that has a garage that came with no instructions for programming garage door openers. We tried Googling, but could find little help (make that, little help that we could understand). The family also wanted a keypad installed. The previous homeowner had left a card for another company that had installed the garage door. But we decided to call Precision (because that’s the company that serviced the garage at our house.) I’m glad we did. Daniel responded, was very nice and patient, worked efficiently and basically taught us how this whole programming works, in case we need to do it again. Without trying to make us panic or trying to upsell, he pointed out some things about the garage door installation that might become issues in the future. Now, if we have a problem, we will know what the culprit might be. Thanks Precision and thank you, Daniel.

Joseph the tech was awesome and friendly. He called to say the exact time he was coming. He took his time assessing the situation. Talked through what was needed. Didn't try to over sell or "bully up-charge". This is definitely the go to company.

I had a great positive experience. I, personally have no knowledge about garage door beyond using my remote control to open and closed.today services, my knowledge was increased.
