OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Don't go anywhere else for your garage door. These guys are the very BEST and deserve more than 5 stars. From the minute you call you are greeted with a very helpful team member. I was having a problem with our garage door so i scheduled an appointment and Eddy Hernandez not only arrived on time he was so professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the door at a very reasonable price and this door has never worked this well. AMAZING 👏 I will never go anywhere else for our garage door needs. I called Precision Garage Door Service because I had a problem with my garage door and I know in the past I was fully satisfied with their work in my previous house. Josh came, very professional and
knowledgeable and explained to me what needed to be done. He accomplished the job satisfactorily and I believe reasonably priced being the top of the line as it is.

Josh diagnosed the issue. Then came back and installed a new motor for the garage door. He was extremely professional. Did the job well and fast. He made sure everything was working well. Excellent technician and great customer service. The motor was under warranty and they honored it. I highly recommend this company!

They were able to come out in about 2 hours on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Alexander showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue and gave me all my options. He was done in about an hour. It was a little more than I was expecting to pay, Ut it did come with a 5 year warranty on parts and labor, so that was a bit more reassuring.

Precision is a top notch company. From the initial phone call to schedule a consultation for new garage doors, to Gabby who was our consultant, to the installation team. Everyone so courteous and professional. The doors we chose were made quickly but with excellent craftsmanship. The quality of the doors is A+. The install was done meticulously and perfectly. They look and operate beautifully! Their pricing is great vs. other companies! Would highly recommend. We called Precision due to the high customer ratings and comments. I wanted to add my two cents for anyone making a decision on which company to call.
