Technician arrived promptly in vehicle and uniform that identified Precision. He proceeded to diagnose unreliable garage door closure as problem with sensors. He repaired the sensors, lubricated the door hinges and reset springs. The door now works just fine. The price was 10% of estimates by other providers who recommended replacing a two year old motor.

I had a short in the wiring that caused intermittent issues with the garage door and Christian from Precision came by and re-spliced the wiring and everything was good to go. He also lubed up the rails and rollers. Christian did an excellent job and the final bill was reasonable.
