Service was great, Michael made sure the quality of his work was great and changed the wheels out for me when I changed my mind. The doors were a bit pricey but the quality of work made up for it.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice, her name was Kaylee. She was very knowledgeable and I called on a Friday after 5 pm and she was able to get someone out to our house on Sunday morning to repair our garage door. She also gave us a quote of what the springs cost so we were able to have our finances ready when the repairman came out. I also want to complement the him as well because we had a window of time that he could be at our house between 8-12 on a Sunday and at 7:30 am I get a call then a text with a map showing his location and showing how many miles and a time he will be at our address. He was in Coalinga California at 8:39 am on a Sunday morning and he was very thorough and gave us a couple of different options we could do to repair our garage door. I would definitely give them a 5 star on customer service and punctuality especially for us because living in Coalinga it's difficult getting services to come out here very quickly to do repairs.

Today I had my garage tueup scheduled. When the technition Scotty got to my home he greeted me with courtesy and asked me what concerns I had if any. He then started his process and detrmined that I needed larger springs and cables . When he left me and my garage door I was very pleased with the smoothnes of it's operation and how quiet it was. GREAT JOB!

Picked out a door paid for it. They said it would be installed on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I stayed home waiting called them then they decided it would be done on Friday and Friday they came. The two installers were very friendly liked them. They did a good job. Yes they should’ve came when they first said they would or contacted me and said they weren’t coming.

Our garage door would open when it wanted not necessarily when I wanted it. I called for service to find out that the spring was not enough to lift my METAL garage door because the old one was made for todays garage doors which apparently are not metal. We wore it out making it do as much as we wanted it to do. So we ended up with a new door opened that would hold the load of our METAL door as so far it's working when we ask it to not when it wants to. The tech spent hours with us explaining to us what seems to have happened and was very patient with us old folks who just don't get it...
