Precision Academy is a wonderful place to train your dog! We live out of town but were looking for a interactive and educational program for our golden retriever. Initially, we were interested in private classes vs group programs. Mike spoke with me for over an hour regarding the programs offered. We spoke of the benefits of a board and train program with our busy lives. We decided to complete the 4 week board and train. Keaton and Micheal helped our golden retriever conform to a wonderful family dog. He’s 8 months old and is extremely confident after completing the training.

Emily at Precision Dog Training Academy was FANTASTIC!!! She is kind, knowledgeable, and our even our reactive dog adores her. She helped our dog make a complete 360 and continues to help and answer any questions that we have even after the program has ended. We could not be happier with the time and effort that she put into our pup! Every staff member at this facility is amazing and we are so happy that we found a place where we can board our dog continually, that we trust. We also did the 3 week board and train program with our dog and it worked wonders. We are so happy with the obedience of our dog now. We recommend this place to anyone!!!

We enrolled our dog Neo in their board and train program. I can't begin to explain how great this place, and the training is. Keaton is awesome! My dog loves him and you can tell the trainer really loves the dogs. Neo had anxiety issues that we couldn't get a handle on. Now after the training we can take our dog out into the world and it's a normal experience. We were able to take him to the dog park with zero issues. I never thought that would be possible.

We worked with Keaton to reduce reactivity with our older Belgian Malinois and have been so impressed with her behavior in the 6 weeks since she came home from her training. Additionally, Keaton gave us the tools to confidently manage her in public spaces. The supporting trainers and customer service team at Precision are also exceptional!

Keaton did amazing with our dog rescue Eowyn, GSDxVillage Dog. Eowyn had a strong foundational base from previous training but really needed some confidence on the leash and we wanted her to feel comfortable while being boarded for the first time. We are still working through some things - that is the nature of training - Keaton was able to help us and Eowyn make great strides through board and train and private lessons.

We adopted a 9 month old collie mix that we were having trouble training at home and brought her to Riley at Precision. She did a great job with her and things have greatly improved. We still need to keep up with the training on our end and are happy with the results. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because of the price. But we're still glad we sent our puppy there.

My dog was having issues after being bitten by another dog. He had horrible anxiety anytime he would see another dog. I couldn’t take him anywhere. Riley worked with him everyday for a month and he can now play and interact with other dogs without an issue. Riley was very kind, knowledgeable, communicated wonderfully my dogs progress and sent pictures and videos daily. She made a difficult process very easy. O would recommend precision dog training and Riley to anyone. Thank you precision dog training and especially Riley for helping my dog get his confidence back!

We took our GSD/Belgian Malinois mix puppy there for training. When he turned out to be too reactive to participate in Puppy Kindergarten, the team at Precision Dog Training Academy worked with us to build a flexible training schedule. Emily spent months working with us and our boy Funston, so that we had to tools to train him and help him fully join us on adventures outside of the house. Her work was so thorough that we confidently brought him to support our daughter at outdoor sporting event with minimal reactivity issues and lots of social interactions with new people. Thank you.

Our trainer, Emily, was pretty incredible. She clearly has a love for all dogs, no matter the temperament, and formed an instant bond with ours (Boji). When you work with dogs all day, I imagine it might be hard to shift gears and frame things effectively for people, but Emily was every bit as gifted a “person trainer” as she was a dog trainer. Our family couldn't have had a better experience.

Emily did an amazing job training our 6-month-old Goldendoodle! After having her as our instructor in the Puppy 101 class, we decided to enroll him in the 3-week Board and Train program while we were on vacation. We wanted to focus on jumping, chewing, mouthing, counter surfing, and his extra excitement around kids. I was so impressed with how far he came in just three weeks! He’s been home for about a week and a half now, and he’s doing wonderfully. Walking him has become such a pleasure — no pulling and he heels perfectly, with only minor (if any) corrections needed. Learning to use the training tools was a bit of an adjustment for me, so if there’s any jumping or excitement around kids, that’s on me — not the training! We’re continuing to work on doorbell and doorway manners, and we feel confident about how to move forward thanks to Emily’s guidance. I highly recommend Emily and Precision Dog Training — the results are absolutely worth the cost!

I took my 3 year old lab for training, my instructor was Emily Young. my experience was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and she spent a lot of time explaining to me the ways to help my dog succeed in his training. I was very fortunate to have such a good experience at Precision. I will b back in the Spring when we return from our winter in AZ for more training. My goal was to have Poppy walk on a leash without pulling and we exceeded that and more!
