Terrible service and poor communication Do not recommend! So many choices to choose from. Our heat went out. We were on the schedule for Saturday, we waited all day then they couldn’t come until after 8pm (we called at 9am). Then they came Sunday and couldn’t fix it. Then they were SUPPOSED to be here today 12-3 (we were available all day except 4:30 for our grandsons performance). They called at 11am to tell us we’re next and be home. Now it’s 3:15 and they called to tell us they will be here at 4:30! Nobody there cares. If this is family run and operated then there’s no excuse for poor customer service.

Precision Air is just awesome. They were fast, friendly and thorough. When they left my home I could tell my system was running perfectly and will last a long time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY The 59.95 tune up is Just a way to get In your Home the person they sent out was Juat a apprentice He came in and took over 40 pictures of my NEW LENOX AC UNIT when he finished he told me my ac fan was leaking? and it would cost 700.00 to repair it I said this unit is only one year old I have a 5 year warranty from Lenox I just want a tune up that is why I called! The so called 59.95 tune up is lust a way to up sell you things you do not need HE also wanted to sell me a new ac unit for 1500000 I said I will pay the 59.95 today and I want to ta lk to the owner He said to me the owner is at the work out center good luck reaching him SO if you need your ac unit checked call some one that will not RIP YOU OFF. T0 0wner I received your reply to me I still Am Sure You Over charged me S0 do not try to lie to people your service and price are way to HI I checked the BBB You have 44 complaints all you do is try to sell people things they DO NOT NEED Again People Do not TRUST THIS GUY find some one that will not RIP you off

This service includes a complete inspection of the system, which is why our technician takes photos and documents the condition of the unit. • At no point was an estimate of $1,500,000 ever given.
• All recommendations provided during your appointment were optional, and you were under no obligation to move forward with any suggested repairs.
• You were informed of what the $59.95 inspection included before agreeing to the service, and the work was completed as promised.

You spoke with our General Manager, Rey, who reviewed the visit with you in detail. He also explained that while the technician followed proper procedure, we would be using your feedback as a coaching opportunity to help our team communicate more clearly so customers feel fully informed.

Because the inspection was completed in its entirety, and because no incorrect charges were made, a refund is not warranted in this case.

I had to have a new AC Unit installed and Precision Air & Plumbing did the job. My expectations were exceeded. The installation was not only completed but it was done well! I am very pleased with how well the job was done. Jed and Juan were very courteous, pleasant, and professional. Great experience all around!

Do not recommend. We had service contract. In one month we had a water heater leak, a major sink back up, heater broke, and air conditioning unit goes out. Rough month. But it took Precision more than one visit EVERYTIME to fix it. I’m not sure the technicians know what they are doing. And then they make you wait all day EVERY time. Even if it’s a repeat issue. Plenty of options. Don’t choose these guys.

I had James Miller from Precision come out to my house today to do some maintenance on my AC unit and he was great. I've had many technicians from Precision come to my house over the years but he was by far the best. He laid out multiple options for me to choose from and for the first time, I didn't feel like I was being upsold on a service that wasn't really needed. He did a great job communicating the ins and outs of the issues that were found and the potential risks associated with not actioning them. Without today's experience, I would probably rate my experience with Precision as a 2 or 3 stars but I'm really hoping that having people like James working for them is an indication that the company is moving in a better direction. For transparency, I bought a new unit from Precision 5ish years ago when my 20+ year old unit gave out in the middle of the summer. The very next year... I was calling them out to service my new AC unit because it wasn't keeping up with cooling. Needed to pay extra for something to help improve performance. I believe that the next year I had to call someone out twice for this unit in the middle of summer. There was always something extra that i needed to buy or some extra service i needed to pay for in order to get my AC to cool again... or some parts they recommend to help prevent it from happening in the future that were never mentioned when i purchased the unit. There were some parts that broke that were under warranty which was great but then I'm still paying for labor. One time there was an issue, I called Precision and they did not have anyone available that could help me for the next 3 days (I believe it was a holiday weekend or something) so I had to call another company. The technician from the other company came and found the issue was with a part that was covered under warranty and replaced it. I expressed that I've had tons of issues with this unit and he advised me that the square footage of my house was at the upper limits (if not just over) of unit I was sold to cool my house effectively and that if I had a unit that was just slightly larger, I would likely not have most of the problems I was experiencing. Ultimately, James Miller has started to turn my opinion around about the company. I hope that they have more like him working for them now.
