After receiving a disappointing installation quote from a national retailer, I contacted Precision Exteriors to explore other options. Chris was exceptionally helpful, providing a prompt and competitive estimate that made the decision to choose their team an easy one. On the day of the installation, Cesar and his assistant arrived early and fully prepared to begin the project and did not mind that my granddaughter wanted to watch them work.
Throughout the process, Cesar maintained excellent communication, ensuring I was informed of any technical adjustments. In one instance, he identified an alignment issue with the door frame that didn’t meet his standards. Although resolving it required additional time and labor, he insisted on making the correction to ensure a superior finish. I deeply appreciated his transparency and commitment to craftsmanship; the final result is truly impressive. While the project took slightly longer than originally anticipated, it was clear that Cesar prioritized quality over speed. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and look forward to partnering with Precision Exteriors on all my future projects!

From the moment Jennifer took my call and listened patiently to my issue and worked diligently to find someone to come over my house and inspect my roof, to the moment that Chris showed up at my door few hours later and inspected my bay window, everyone was extremely nice and professional. Re-read the review as well as your Google reviews Terms and Conditions. If you want reviews for advertisement purposes, you agree to go through Google's process for removal of reviews or hire a reputation restoration company. It is neither libel, defamation, slander nor harassment to leave bad Google reviews. The courts have never sided with a company who has sued on that basis, even if the company was misidentified. I never stated that Stan was the owner. I said: Boundaries! Respect them! This gate is clearly labeled "Private Property. No Trespassing." Your client on Choptank Ave (who is not Stan!) must contact us for access. We know you called from his phone, too. He has .85 feet on that side of his fence, per his own survey. He has been warned by the police and a judge previously. Edit: Nice try at the smooth talkin' "Hank Schroeder," but I lived in Costa Rica for three years and can speak to your guys better than you can. They were awesome. But hilarious that you responded to this review ignoring that I said "your client" must call. And we know "Hank" called for permission and not your client. Somewhat untrustworthy I should say, hmm? This is an ongoing criminal issue, you would be wise to stay away.
After looking into this matter, we can not find any information about clients on Choptank Ave with the name Stan. Also looking at the picture, he is not an employee of our company. We would kindly ask that if you have more information to please reach out directly to us at 443-359-3313 (Adam). This way we can clarify that it was not us, and potentially find out who it actually was. **I am incredibly sorry about this situation happening to you. I really hope that you find who it is and they are delt with appropriately. We are a roofing company, however we are not that roofing company. We do not use GAF shingles, we are an Owens Corning Platinum Contractor. Your review negatively hurts my business and my employees. It would mean a lot if you would please remove this review once you find out that it was not us who trespassed on your property. Again, I am hopeful that they will find the people responsible and deal with them for you.** Were you able to find out which company this was? UPDATE: It would mean a lot to us at Precision Exteriors if you would please remove your false review about our company. We are not the contractor who worked near or at your property. Your negative review is causing damage to our business when we did nothing to deserve it. Why did you post a review for our company without researching who actually did the work?

My house had hail damage from the May 2025 storm. Chris Hyde, sales representative, was very professional, very patient, and answered my questions. He was proficient and kept me updated with scheduling and work getting done. Caesar and the siding crew were very hard workers and nice to work with and the siding looks great. Levi's roofing crew also worked very hard and did a great job and listened to me on how I wanted somethings done a certain way. Also, John followed up after the work was completed. I am very pleased with Precision Exteriors and highly recommend them!
