Read the fine print of your lease prior to renting with this company.Too many fees paid by the tenant that should be covered by the landlord. I lived in this house for 2 years and they are charging me for regular wear and tear such as crayon on a wall when the wall should be repainted for the next tenant anyway. They claimed I had a clogged sink which was not the case and I regularly reported maintenance issues and charges were equal to $345. Also, prior to leaving the residence they REQUIRE the tenant to do a professional cleaning, the house was spotless minus a small area of crayon and a few small holes for TV mounting. Not $345 worth of damage. I do not recommend.

Was okay, until I decided that I wanted to move. Requested to not have my lease renewed 3 months ahead of lease end date, but made the mistake of doing it over the phone. My lease was renewed and so I put in a 60-day notice to vacate through my tenant portal. 60 days later I was still being charged rent for a place that I didn't live and was paying. Was informed that my notice to vacate was not valid because it says in the lease that it has to be done through certified mail. Sent certified mail. Called to confirm that it was received. At the end, I was charged for the remaining 8 months on my lease, plus for damages that simply did not exist. Charged for new carpet that I did not damage or soil. Was charged to have the place repainted, even though there was no damage or scuff marks. Over 10k for a 360 sq foot unit listed as 600 sq ft. Grifters that count on people not knowing rights or showing up to defend themselves against bogus charges.

I just received my decision letter. And I was denied because of my credit history. I am not trying to buy the house , the house is for rent. I make a significant amount of money to pay rent and utilities. They ran my credit and I was denied base of There Is A Bankruptcy On Your Credit Report CONTRIBUTING FACTOR 2 Lack Of Sufficient Credit History CONTRIBUTING FACTOR 3 You Have Too Many Inquiries On Your Credit Report CONTRIBUTING FACTOR 4 Too Many Bank Card Or Other Revolving Accounts Were Opened Recently these things should have no factor on if you can pay rent and utilities.

They took over three of my properties after my previous property manager mismanaged them. They straightened them all out and advised me on best course of action for each, including how to get a nonpaying tenant out quicker as well as how to sell one of the properties sooner to maximize my investment. Highly recommend them

Scammers and Theives I was approved for a rental property with PPMG of Texas (Premier Property Management of Texas), signed the lease, and made all required payments. After being approved for over a week, I received a call just two days before move-in denying my already approved application. This caused significant financial hardship and left me scrambling to find alternative housing at the last minute. Here are the details: Applied for rental property and was approved after review process Remained approved for a week and a half Signed lease agreement for rental property Paid first month's rent, security deposit, additional deposit, admin fee, and pet deposit as requested Total payments made: More than $3,300 Paid utility connection fees to have services turned on for move-in Received a call just two days before scheduled move-in denying my already approved application Landlord had never signed the lease agreement Impact: Out-of-pocket expenses totaling more than $3,300 for multiple deposits, fees, and first month's rent Utility connection costs that were paid in advance Additional costs incurred due to last-minute housing search Time and stress of dealing with the situation Attempted Resolution I have contacted the landlord requesting full refund of all payments made, including: First month's rent Security deposit Additional deposit Admin fee Pet deposit Utility connection fees Total amount: More than $3,300 The landlord is actively refusing to refund my money despite denying me the rental after I fulfilled all requirements. When I attempted to resolve this matter, I was met with rude, dismissive, and disrespectful customer service from their representatives. Due to their outright refusal to return my payments, I am currently having to file disputes with my bank to recover the more than $3,300 I paid in good faith. As of this review, I have not received any refund and am forced to go through the lengthy bank dispute process to attempt to recover my own money. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. Being denied a rental after making all required payments and signing documentation is unprofessional and potentially illegal. The landlord's active refusal to refund over $3,300 of my money, combined with rude and disrespectful treatment when I attempted to resolve the issue, has forced me to involve my bank and file formal disputes to recover funds that should have been returned immediately. I am currently out more than $3,300 and having to fight through a lengthy bank dispute process just to get my own money back. The poor customer service and dismissive attitude made an already stressful situation much worse. Future renters should be cautious when dealing with this landlord/property management company. I would not recommend this landlord/property management company to other potential renters. The lack of professionalism and failure to honor signed agreements or return money they scammed me out of makes them unreliable for housing needs.
