These guys were awesome. Originally we wanted to go with CYFY inspection but he was booked way out. He recommended PPI and they did not disappoint. From the get go Paul showed up with another inspector and they were not only professional but also thorough. They caught more than enough issues that easily justified the price of the inspection. Do yourself the favor and schedule an inspection. You want be disappointed.

Paul and Johnny are awesome during our 1yr inspection. They are very thorough, didn’t rush through any of the inspection, and provided detailed information when they reviewed with us at the end. I can tell you I’m not as pleased with the builder based on the inspection results and wish I would have used them for our pre-close inspection.
We are very impressed with the service and can’t recommend them enough to our neighbors.

David completed an inspection of our new home build a week ago. This was our very first home inspection and he made the process very simple and easy to understand! Even though the builder had a few restrictions, David walked us through the entire inspection report in person. We would definitely use them again!

Paul, our inspector, was very knowledgeable of the standards and thorough during the inspection. He explained what he was looking for and why when inspecting items. He was a great resource and information and recommendations he provided will help to us to maintain the house into the future. Paul was top-notch and professional.
Steve was absolutely amazing!!! I hired them to just make sure my new build home had no major hidden issues that are easily missed or hidden and am so glad I did!!! You’d think getting a brand new build luxury home with obvious warranty you shouldn’t have to worry about anything but man would you be wrong!! This company and Steve are so so so thorough, to the point where they even constantly address so small minor cosmetic issues, down to the very last crevice and speck of smudge on a wall!! There is not a single thing I can think of that could’ve been done or handled better and Steve and this company are hands down the best and worth every penny!!!!!

The home inspection process for our new build with Protect Property was extremely easy and we are thrilled with our choice to hire them. He was so educational and patient while he walked us through the entire inspection report.
I had a great experience with this company. Adnan inspected my home thoroughly. He took the time to show me everything he was finding. Even recommendations on items past my warranty. The report i received was very detailed and easy to read. I would recommend this company to anyone. Don’t be like me and wait until near the end of your 2 year! Get your inspection before the 1 year.
