Very professional and polite. Great work on the house and affordable. The only thing i could suggest is an email the day before asking for any porch or deck stuff that could be moved out of their way been done prior. But that was my mistake

Thank you for the positive review and the feedback. I will look into seeing if there is some sort of a scheduling program attached to my CRM. That would send out a reminder notice 24 hours prior to customers schedule that will remind them of the date and time we have them scheduled for work to be completed.

Communication was excellent and they were on time. I was pleased with the outcome of my house and retaining walls. They went above & beyond, I could tell they power washed near my basement drain, driveway and other areas with debris. They even power washed a couple of buckets I had outside.

The guys did a fabulous job. They were kind, courteous; definitely went above and beyond any other company I have ever had. They power washed our patio, pool, and all of our patio furniture. They moved everything. I highly recommend them. My husband was so impressed and wants a bid to restrain our patio that was ruined by other companies. Power Washing Pros STL are the best!!

My power washing techs worked from the moment they arrived until they left (almost 4 hours of service) They reviewed the work to be done, completed it thoroughly, cleaned up and moved any pieces of furniture back into place. Their attention to detail was amazing. Extra moldy areas, dark spots or hard to reach areas were identified and tackled. I have used them in the past and will continue to use their company. Excellent service!
