Visiting their showroom provided a wonderful opportunity to explore a wide range of high-quality options in person; however, the craftsmanship and attention to detail on our own new deck were truly incredible. We especially appreciated the thoughtful design elements, including picture framing on the deck and stair treads, two herringbone patterns on the decking (pictured), and the use of hidden fasteners. We noted how precise all the mitre cuts are, including the mitered post trim (pictured), which added a clean, finished, and sophisticated look. It is abundantly clear that quality is a top priority for this company.

My wife and I have wanted a sunroom addition and a place to relax across all four seasons, for years. We had never modified our home before, so we approached the project with some caution and trepidation. We first met Dave and Mike in their Germantown showroom where we were able to compare and contrast many types of structures, to decide the best style of sunroom to match what we wanted. We were immediately struck by their engaging style, depth of knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. We were very reassured by this first encounter with the team.
During the planning phase, we had many meetings, and our input was solicited at every step, because it seemed that their goal was to build exactly the type of sunroom that we wanted.
There were several challenges during the building phase, that were always met with an upbeat and positive attitude, as well as some inspiring creativity to come up with the best solutions possible.
My wife, and I noticed that they always went above and beyond, taking great pains to maintain the highest quality of work and respond to any concerns we had along the way. The craftsmen and builders they employ were top-notch, and used to working hard to achieve the high standard set for them.
The finished result was a beautiful all-season sunroom and patio that we hope to enjoy with our children, friends, and family for many years to come!

Wow! We had the best experience with Potomac Outdoor, hands down! There are a lot of things I want to say, but I will start with the best - the people. From Mike (owner) to Alex (PM) to Diego and the 15-20 people that worked on our 4 Season Room and hardscape/landscape - every single one was absolutely incredible, skilled and happy to be there.
Alex was on-site daily, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and Mike checked in regularly via phone and text to keep us updated with photos, videos, and ideas. Their communication and attention to detail were unmatched. Communication is a lost art in construction/renovation work and these guys nailed it.
The price was very competitive, and the result is a stunning showpiece that exceeded our expectations. A dream come true.

Where do i even begin! Mike and his entire team literally built my dream oasis in my very own backyard. From the second they arrived at my house to check out my space, I immediately felt comfortable and trusted them from the start. They fought tirelessly with the county to make our dreams come true. There were lots of obstacles to built our louvered life room however they were able to exceed our expectation. They showed up on time everyday and got the job done. Not to mention the attention to detail was on point. I would recommend Potomac Outdoor living to anyone and going forward they will be the only company I will use to continue to renovate my 1960 home. They are the best of the best and I am so pleased and happy with the results. I promise if you give Mike a chance to built anything from the outdoor space to indoor area, you will have zero regrets!
