Bought a house in north Potomac, hired Potomac HVAC to repair a non working old system. They came by, took a look at the old system and recommended it be replaced as it was over 20 years old. Didn't recommend throwing more money into the system. Gave me a fair and reasonable upfront quote, which I compared with several other bids. We agreed to the project, they came by when they said they would and installed the system in a day, at the agreed upon price. System is great, kept house cool all year. I recommend this company.

We were impressed with Potomac HVAC's services. We also had them replace the heat pump system in our rental townhouse. Again, we got a fair upfront pricing, the work was done on time and at the agreed upon price. We are customers for life.

Kasra from Potomac HVAC came to check our unit and quickly found the problem, the compressor was burned out. It was impressive because a technician from another company couldn’t figure it out even after two hours. Kasra and Mahdi, who did the job very professionally, replaced the condenser, and everything is working great now. I live in Potomac, and they came very quickly since they’re nearby. I’m completely satisfied.

Mike and company are fantastic. Our AC unit broke down during extreme heat wave and Potomac HVAC came out same day and diagnosed the issue fairly quickly. By the next day, they had ordered the part and completed their work quickly. The customer service was great and the team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
