I have been a patient at PostureWorks for a few months now, and I am almost through corrective care. I can’t begin to explain how amazing this team is. I am a former Rugby player and athlete all around that has always had issues lifting heavy, recovering quickly, etc. After meeting with the team and getting the X Rays I needed, I discovered I needed a shoe lift and to focus on some areas of the neck and spine to fix some of these issues I had been having. I got my full shoe lift not long ago and I’m already squatting heavily with good, strong technique. I also have had some numbness in my finger tips that are finally getting feeling back- I would’ve never known this was fixable (I would’ve lived the rest of my life with minor pain and done nothing about it) if I hadn’t gone in and I’m glad I did. Best investment for long term health and strength! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

By far the best experience I have ever had! This team gets it done right, and they truly see you as a whole person. FULL BODY X-rays are taken in house throughout your treatment to check what kind of care is needed for each individual person. Everyone's care is very personalized and meticulously documented by staff each visit. They have managed to drastically reduce my chronic pain throughout my back, and wake things up that have been numbed for years. This group is by far the best! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for relief and hasn't felt seen/heard by other places. You won't regret it!

I had a great experience with PostureWorks. I came to the team with back pain from years of contact sports, and unsure what exactly the problem was and how to fix it. The team is kind, professional, and flexible in their approach. Their genuine care for their patients was evident in every interaction, making me feel comfortable and valued throughout my treatment. I appreciated their commitment to a quantitative approach in assessing and tracking progress. They take frequent X-rays to measure baselines and progress, which gave me a level of confidence that things were working. Additionally, the team's flexibility in scheduling appointments was remarkable. They accommodated my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend PostureWorks to anyone experiencing back pain and looking for help with both a diagnosis and solution.

I came to this establishment skeptical as I have had chronic lower back pain and severe neck pain for over 10 years. From day one stepping into their doors I was already feeling better. Now a couple of months later and I have grown a full inch and my neck is completely pain free!! I am in the second half of my treatment plan now aimed at the remaining small bit of pain in my lower back and I could not be happier. This place changed my life. You don’t have to live in pain anymore…call them! Your first visit is free with X-Rays!!!

Very effective in correcting posture but I think any perceived health benefits beyond that are highly idiosyncratic or just good ol’ placebo. Great people and very well-run office, but extremely expensive. Almost prohibitively so. I apparently had top-tier insurance through my employer and still netted out at around $85 per visit, 3x per week. That ain’t cheap. I’m about a year out from my treatment and while my posture is indeed pretty great, I’m not sure if the $4k+ I paid in totality was entirely worth it. I’d say I about broke even, but if you’re as wealthy as people in SF tend to be then this might be a good fit for you.

The phenomenal Posture Works team has been providing a transformational journey to recover a healthy spine alignment! It all started with debilitating headaches combined with intense neck pain, which I experienced on a regular basis. On one occasion, I simply could not finish my work day. I showed up at Posture Works, desperate to find relief. Dr Corey Todhunter booked me in right away. The next day, I had complimentary X-rays taken, and Dr Scott Levine's analysis accurately assessing the root problem, taking the time to explain in details their approach and how to get me not only to a more comfortable day-to-day level, but to long lasting results. From this initial thorough diagnosis, I have been working on a bi-weekly basis with Posture Works to prompt my body into proper alignment. The unique sessions consists in a process curated just for you, within three steps: warm-ups, adjustments, and stretching. Dr Jessica Lewis conscientiously supervises your improvements and performs precise hands-on adjustments. Alongside, I was assigned key exercises to perform on my own, as well as regularly reviewing progress and targeted resolution with the enthusiastic Posture Works team members. Furthermore, thanks to this practice, I gained a new level of body awareness around my posture, which truly contributes to the gradual improvements. The kind and supportive disposition of every staff goes such a long way for me. As a massage therapist, and professional bodyworker, I am thrilled to refer friends and clients to Posture Works: such a relevant, solid, positively transformative practice! Highly recommend.

This is such an amazing clinic! The doctors are highly knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely warm. You feel like you're in good hands from the moment you walk in. As a strength and conditioning coach, they helped me understand that the aches and soreness I would feel from heavy lifting were due to a leg length discrepancy and some locked-up areas of my spine. With their thorough assessments and care plan, we were able to correct it, and I feel so much better. I believe in them so much that I refer all my friends and clients to them. They always come back with high praise of their experience. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The doctors here are my heroes. After 20+ years of working on my feet in the restaurant industry I found myself with chronic lower back pain. Everyday was a struggle to move, like an 8 or 9 out of 10 on the pain scale, daily. It hurt, and it hurt a lot. I've been to other chiropractors for help with this problem but left with more questions than answers and still in incredible pain. Since starting my treatment with PostureWorks I've learned so much about what is causing the pain & stiffness in my back. And we've worked on correcting it! Amazing!! Honestly, the best part about my experience here is how nice all the doctors are, they genuinely care about you and your well-being.

Everyone at PostureWorks is extremely hospitable & caring. They listen to you and truly try to improve your life. They immediately found that my right leg was 5mm shorter than my left and this was the cause of my lower back pain. They gave me a 5mm heal lift. Instantaneous relief. I have seen several chiropractors in the last 5 years trying to find a remedy for my chronic headaches that stemmed from neck pain and scoliosis, as well as spinal misalignment that I found out about later. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Levin at Postureworks, and I could not be more grateful. I've been seeing them consistently for the last year and a half and I am virtually pain free. They don't take shortcuts or any kind of tricky practice, their techniques are backed by many studies and researched data, and the amount of compassion and true care I felt here was astounding. It takes time to push bones back into alignment and strengthen muscles in the right places, and any "quick-fix" for this kind of pain is nonexistent. This is the only doctor I trust and will recommend for people dealing with chronic neck and spine issues. I've never written a review before, but nearing the end of this journey with the Postureworks team, I cannot express enough how genuine, thorough, and professional they are. Changed my life!! Dr’s Levin, Miller and Todhunter have created an exceptional practice that not only improved my posture, but worked wonders for my acute and chronic neck and back pain that had dramatically affected my quality of life (and was the reason I sought them out, based on a recommendation from Awny at On Point Acupuncture.) Dr’s Warren and Lewis contributed the bulk of my care and I had utmost confidence and in their approach and skill. I was also very impressed with the communication flow amongst everyone there. Not a single detail was missed, no matter who was treating me that day! I also deeply appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of Christina, the office manager. Great approach to realignment - you can observe your progress in the X-rays and get plenty of support through traction and home care regimens
