I’ve been a patient at PostureWorks for a couple of different rounds of care over the years. Started going because I was having really intense neck pain and upper back spasms that caused me not to be able to turn my head for a few days at a time. After the third time that happened, I started lookin for a solution that would give me long term results treating the root cause rather than the symptoms. The first round of care I did a few years ago solved that problem and the symptoms never returned. A few years passed and I got lazy with maintenance, and while the severe symptoms never came back, I could tell I needed to re-up. After just finishing up the new round, I can say with confidence, I’ll keep up with maintenance this time. My neck and back feel great and I feel healthier all around. I can’t say that the care plan was inexpensive… it can be a bit of a stretch for me financially, but it is worth it imho. Service-wise - both customer service and patient care - are top notch. Anytime I surfaced an issue or concern it was resolved thoughtfully.
The whole team is great and if your experience is anything like mine, you’ll be happy you took the time and effort to address your spinal/postural health.

Not only do they have treatment equipment there that they do not have other places, but they also specialize in scoliosis and all sorts of back and neck pain issues.
My 11yo daughter has been going to them for a spinal issue and it has been massively helpful to diagnose, manage, and support her as an elite level dancer and athlete. I can’t imagine taking her to anyone else because you can tell they are the best of the best. Each one of the doctors here works as a team with the others ~ and you can tell that they manage their patients’ cases thoroughly and effectively. They each play a part in helping their patients heal, and genuinely care to see their patients get real and measurable results. Each and every doctor here rotates the patients around effortlessly so they all get their treatments without waiting and you always feel tended to.
The fact that they take before and after X-rays shows that they are serious about getting their patients fixed long term and your money is well spent on these treatments.

They are experienced with working with pro level and elite level athletes, who have to manage not just a busy school load and practice schedule but manage pain and growth and posture all in 1.
We travel over an hour to see them, because they are worth it. With more than enough resources in the Silicon Valley, we could stay local, but after doing tons of research we landed here, because I could just tell by the reviews and the consults in person that they knew everything and more. They even teach classes and educate in this field. It’s important in healthcare to do that to stay on the cutting edge of treatments, and their holistic approach offers much more to their clients than what you’ll find at other clinics/treatment centers.

The doctors are meticulous about explaining the treatment and checking in with you about how your body is doing, the front office is quick to respond when you reach out. Everyone here is really supportive and excited to help you reach whatever goal you may have with your treatment.
I went in to improve my posture. I've been slouching from a young age, first over books and later over computers and phones. In just a few months I saw a dramatic improvement -- and better, I *felt* an improvement. I have a lot more flexibility in my upper back, I'm sitting and standing straighter. If I can keep up my routine with the home care & exercises I'm pretty confident I'll keep improving.
Their approach to treatment seems to be unique as far as I can tell. There are no violent jerks or yanks, everything is very gentle. It's definitely not traditional chiropractic care so if you're wary because your roommate's cousin had a bad experience that one time, maybe give these folks a try.
