I bought some sweets as a Father's Day gift and was really impressed with the selection available. The website was easy to navigate, ordering was straightforward, and my items were dispatched very quickly.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail let the experience down. They claimed to have attempted delivery, but nobody knocked despite us being at home. The parcel was eventually redelivered two days later and looked as though it had been kicked around the sorting office. As a result, some of the bon bons had split open.
That said, this is absolutely no reflection on the company itself. They provided excellent service from start to finish, and the issue was entirely with Royal Mail's handling of the parcel.
