If you're a retiring Postal Employee, you know the nightmare of not having anyone to help with the paperwork, since there is no longer HR people to actually talk to. These guys are great! They never pressured us about anything. They helped me fill out all the retirement papers page-by-page. They were patient to explain things, coherently. And I didn't even take them up on their offer to invest my retirement with them! And they're available if you need to ask questions later on.
