I cannot express just how amazing all of the staff at the Botley Branch of Portfolio are. They go beyond the ordinary service that one would normally get from an estate agency or letting agency. I live between Italy and the UK, and my elderly father often asks the staff for help when I am not here. They have made my life easier as dealing with the elderly is not always easy, and they have certainly made my father's life much easier.
So a huge thank you to Maria, Jenny, Lesley and Rachel you are all stars in my books!!!
