I am so happy with my new pool and pavers. The whole project was very smooth and no stress. Kareem is very detailed, very patient, and always explain everything so I understand. He communicate all the time, and that make me feel calm. The Baja shelf he recommend is now my grandkids’ favorite place to play, such a good idea! Two months later the heater had a problem, but Kareem handled the warranty right away and it was fixed in two days. Very honest, very helpful company. I truly recommend.

Kareem is the best! He's was always available to answer questions within an hour of reaching out and addresses any issues so quickly. Although this was only a two and half week project he was very hands on and was present on the job more than I had expected. We replastered our pool with pebble, installed new tiles and all new equipment. Very pleased.. Thanks Kareem and PoolSync!

My wife and I worked with Kareem & Jonathan throughout the design, planning & construction of our pool and backyard. They didn’t hold back with details during the design and made sure we fit everything we needed for our family while keeping us within budget. It’s difficult to keep it fun for the kids while keeping it aesthetically pleasing for us adults!! Communication was great during the construction..we’re very pleased and definitely recommend!!
