We always have our water tested here. They’re very helpful. We have a saltwater pool and they’ve helped us troubleshoot some issues. They are also providing service for our pool vacuum. They also provide opening and closing services.

Every time we have used them recently they were less expensive and quicker than other pool companies. Very nice and professional both with office staff and service staff that come to repair.

Thank you for your review Deblina. We very much appreciate the seven years during which we serviced your pool on a weekly basis. While it certainly would not have been our first choice to put this on a public platform, we realize we were unable to service your pool this season due to communication issues. Despite our repeated requests for clarification on whether you were needing the regular services this year, we received no specific response or no response at all. In view of this, we did fill the space in our service schedule. I sincerely apologize that we were unable to accommodate the services once again, though we did offer to contact you in the event space became available. Again, we thank you for many years of service and we wish you the best.

We are first time pool owners and Scott Pools have been awesome to work with! I highly recommend them for your pool needs. Bob, Collin, and J came out to the house and got us all set up. They spent a lot of extra time talking me through important steps to know as a first time pool owner. The office staff was a huge help testing our water and getting our family setup with everything we needed. Lindsay was very knowledgeable, and helped answer all of our questions. We love Scott’s Pools. Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable! They have definitely helped us through our growing pains of being new pool owners. Lindsay especially has been so kind helping us work through some issues and helping us getting our pool in tip top shape.
