From our initial visit, we recognized that a pool sitting lower than the equipment can pose challenges when priming the pump due to the difference in elevation.

Over the course of our regular service visits, we discovered one of your skimmers was clogged. With your approval, we used specialized equipment to blow the line backward—and were quite surprised to find a decades-old toy causing the blockage! We’re glad we could remove it and restore proper flow to your pool.

During this past year, we also replaced your aging filter when it began to leak and recently installed new Jandy valves and check valves. These help keep water up near the pump instead of draining back down to the pool, making priming more reliable. We’re thrilled to hear everything is working better than ever!
