Having dealt with other local pond companies for years, my experiences with Pondscapes have been truly gratifying. In the office, Leslie is a delight, always following through to assure my satisfaction. She has never let me down. Braeden helped me out today with a minor pond issue, going above and beyond anything I would have expected on this call. He provided additional services and lots of valuable advice and stayed until he was sure that I was happy. I don’t write many reviews, but I felt compelled to share what I know about this noteworthy company.
We always look forward to our quarterly service from Pondscapes, but especially the spring clean-out. It makes a huge difference, and I know our koi and resident frog love it too. The techs always do a great job! They're knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they leave the patio and natural areas around the pond very clean and looking beautiful. A shout out to Brad, Kieran, and Vincente who did an excellent job today. Communicating with Leslie is always great. She's efficient and fun. You can tell a lot about a company by its employees. My husband and I prefer small, family-owned businesses, and Pondscapes is one of our favorites.
Brad from Pondscapes took the time to help me find a leak within a pond that was installed 20 years ago by another company. He reached out to me quickly and made multiple attempts to contact me (I am hard to reach). Aside from the excellent customer service, Pondscapes' creations are beautiful and can be seen in person at Pike's Nursery in Ballantyne, Charlotte, and at OnSite in Pineville. I highly recommend them.
Pondscapes has been my partner in making my goldfish pond a beautiful, thriving attraction in my backyard. And they stand behind their word! When I had to get a new pump and then two months later had to replace that pump with another new pump, they honored the pump’s warranty and replaced it free of charge. I heartily recommend them if you are planning or have a pond in your backyard
Brad and the Pondscapes crew did an awesome rehab on my existing 10 year old waterfall and pond. At the start, I had him quote me for both a repair and a complete rebuild. Given how much I enjoy the pond and not wanting to have to continue to put Band-Aids on it in the future, I opted for the full rebuild. I couldn’t be more happier with how it turned out. This project was no easy task as the original pond rock was mortared in and required some good grunt work to get it demolished. Plus, the hill the waterfall sits on is fairly steep and maneuvering the large boulders down the waterfall was more than difficult. What I ended up with is a gorgeous water feature that will give myself and my family pleasure for years to come! Would highly recommend Pondscapes! Thanks Guys!
Brad and his team did an excellent job installing our grouping of three bubbling boulders. They even incorporated a light that shines up and out of each boulder, so the water feature looks even more amazing at night. They are professional, courteous, and have a great deal of knowledge, that definitely takes this company to the next level. Thank you, Brad, for creating this tranquil spot in my backyard.
Pondscapes installed my pond in 2009 right after my mother passed away. We’d had ponds in our yard where I grew up in Indiana and I thought a pond would be a wonderful reminder of my parents and my childhood.
And it has been that and more!
We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy the beauty (and the relaxing sound!) of our pond.
From design to installation to maintenance, the experience working with Dave and Ken has been wonderful. Pondscapes has proven over the years to be reliable and trustworthy.
