I had requested an in home visit to fit my mother for hearing aids as she resides in a nursing home, is in a wheelchair and is blind. She has worn hearing aids however they were old and not working. I was informed there would be a charge for in home visit which I was aware but well-worth the cost and more. Candace came in and tested my mother, removed wax from her ears and made new ear moulds for my mother. She was kind, respectful and so very patient. My mother asked for pink hearing aids and Candace delivered with rose gold hearing aids. She contacted within 2 weeks and hearing aids were ready. She returned to the PCH to fit my mom’s hearing aids and going through the charging and cleaning process . I was extremely impressed with the
service and was so pleased with Candace. It was an extremely positive experience

I had my ear exam done by Dr.RITA and the whole experience was amazing. She was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly and the process was smooth from start to finish. I felt well taken care of and confident in the results. Highly recommended!

My experience at Polo Park hearing was beyond expectations. My testing was done by Candice, who was wonderful and so helpful! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing during testing. After my testing was complete she explained my results in detail and answered any questions I had. She is very kind and definitely cares about her clients and their hearing health.

Website indicates staff that specializes in tinnitus treatment with trained staff and screenings. I booked an appointment for this type of consultation. Once it was determined my tinnitus was not accompanied by hearing loss I was told it was “not financially viable” to treat it and was given a pamphlet for a meditation app. Answers to question I asked were vague and an assurance follow up information would be provided by email has not materialized.

Unfortunately it took longer than expected to receive the information from our manufacturer, we always aim to deliver the most up to date product information to our clients as it becomes available. We understand waiting for a week can be frustrating when dealing with tinnitus. During our complimentary consultation we do provide you with all of the tools at our disposal to offer a interim solution that has had very positive results for alot of clients. For all of our clients we aim to find the most cost effective route to treatment, as you said in your review your tinnitus is not accompanied by hearing loss, so we like to be transparent with all clients and let them know their insurance may not cover masking devices when hearing loss is not present. We do this for full transparency, it is ultimately up to the client to make their own informed decision. We truly felt we had your best interests at heart when waiting on the information on the product we felt best suited for you.
