Nails & Customer Service /Feedback.
I am very dissapoitend, I went to Natural Living Spa to do my nails as n first time customer with hopes to become a regular. Firstly after a week when my nails started to grow out it lifted at the back and when I soaked them I had bacteria on and under two of my nails. When I send them an email explaining the situation they did not respond until I posted a review, thereafter they apoligized and said I should give them my number so they can send me a voucher of the amount i spend to use for any treatment. I responded by thanking them and removed the review IMMIDIATELY however I waited yet again for them to contact me. I then emailed the Owner and advise that this is bad customer service and I do not want to come back for any other treatment they can refund the money I spend into my account or I do not want anything and that I do not want to drag this out any longer, however I am upset as I am the one sitthling with the aftemath of what they have caused. It has been 4days and yet again no respond and no refund and I am very unhappy not only do I feel I wasted my money that they surely are not going to refund me I now have extra expenses for treatment to fix my nails so it does not get worse and seems they do not care. We as customers spend a lot of money and if something like this happens I feel they should handle it with urgency and care and I did not get that. I would not recommend anyone to do nails at this spa.
