I tried to apply to a place there. I was told my income was insufficient when I had the required three times amount. I then tried to apply to another place without having to pay the fee again. I sent my contract so that Lindsey could review it and she said she would get back to me about what I could afford. She never got back to me and ghosted me. I would not recommend this place. If you are moving to Warren County got to ELS LLC they are more timely, friendly, and willing to work with you.

I would recommend renting from Pollard I was on a year lease with them the property grounds were always kept looking nice any maintenance issues I had were taken care of immediately when we chose to rent elsewhere the move out process was easy and our deposit was returned in a timely manner thank u Tiffany and Pollard properties

I placed a maintenance request on April the 10th at 6:40 in the morning as I was getting ready for work. The door handle on my bathroom door somehow became loose. The repair was fixed by the time I came home from work. Melvin was timely in completing this tasks. I'm very impressed.

Due to the hard water in warrenton the shower valve went out and couldnt get the water to shut off. On a saturday evening maintnence showed up promptly had it fixed and was able to get back to normal GREAT appreciated job thank you
