Lyndall is more than what you could ask for in a business owner and instructor. I have been to a couple pole studios now and have never felt more welcomed by a company in my life, all the instructors are there to answer any questions you have, and teach and adapt moves to your body to make it easier for you to learn. If you have been on the fence, this is the studio to learn at - you will go far.
The amedities are great, theres even a sauna, prices are accessible and classes are flexible.
I couldn't love this studio more if I tried. Lyndal goes out of her way for her students and the girls at reception do whatever they can do to help you. The teachers encourage you and stick with a firm but fair policy which helps in avoiding any injuries.

Poleplus has been my pole haven and home away from home for almost 5years. I always look forward to my classes, sharing achievements (and failures) with the poleplus family & friends. Such a wonderful group of caring instructors who provide a great range of classes catering for all levels (including kids) and interests such as fitness, dance, pole, lyra and stretch/flexibility!
The most amazing studio, so welcoming and encouraging.
I have been having private lessons with Lyndal for about 1yr and she has helped me progress so much on my pole journey.
Having hypohydrosis I have really struggled along my way, but Lyndal always teaches me different ways to help me, and I am loving pole

This studio is amazing! Can’t recommend it enough! Having no dance/pole experience, I was nervous to come along for the first time, but Lyndal and the whole team make you feel so welcome and comfortable from the very moment you walk in. The teachers are inspirational, talented, friendly and patient. I have been there years now and have done some terms of pole and floorwork (dance)! So so fun and such a great workout too! Win-win!!

I could not recommend Pole Plus enough. The team are the most inviting and encouraging bunch of ladies you could ever meet. I have gained so much strength and confidence in the time I have been doing pole classes. It is so much fun; it doesn't even feel like you're exercising!
If you have ever wanted to try pole dancing and are unsure about it, give Pole Plus a go!!
