Joining this studio over two years ago was one of the best decisions I've made. I was really nervous about starting somewhere new after leaving my original studio, but from my very first class everyone made me feel so welcome. Lyndal and the whole team are not only incredibly talented but also so patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping everyone grow. Highly recommend this studio :)

From the moment I started, everyone has been so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging. It such a great community, and everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. The studio has created such a positive, empowering environment where you can challenge yourself without ever feeling judged. I’ve not only grown physically but have also gained so much confidence and met some wonderful people along the way.

Came to Pole Plus after my original studio closed down. Was really anxious starting somewhere new but everyone was really welcoming and the owner is exceptional at running the business and makes everything so fun. Two years later I have zero regrets and a new home 😊

Lyndall is more than what you could ask for in a business owner and instructor. I have been to a couple pole studios now and have never felt more welcomed by a company in my life, all the instructors are there to answer any questions you have, and teach and adapt moves to your body to make it easier for you to learn. If you have been on the fence, this is the studio to learn at - you will go far.
The amedities are great, theres even a sauna, prices are accessible and classes are flexible.
I couldn't love this studio more if I tried. Lyndal goes out of her way for her students and the girls at reception do whatever they can do to help you. The teachers encourage you and stick with a firm but fair policy which helps in avoiding any injuries.

Poleplus has been my pole haven and home away from home for almost 5years. I always look forward to my classes, sharing achievements (and failures) with the poleplus family & friends. Such a wonderful group of caring instructors who provide a great range of classes catering for all levels (including kids) and interests such as fitness, dance, pole, lyra and stretch/flexibility!
