Dr Pek has been extremely helpful in my case. I had moderate ptosis and he did a great job at correcting it as well as ensuring the aesthetics of it. I had no issues with my claims and the nurses were extremely friendly too and answered all my queries almost immediately every single time. I fell and have a deep cut on my face (near the ear) and I immediately contacted Polaris and they manage to squeeze a slot for me. Dr Adrian did some stitches for me and the stitches look so refined and well executed that my wife was impressed too! Thanks to Dr Adrian and Yati for accommodating me for this last minute arrangement. Finally going for my Ptosis ops with Dr Adrian at end of Feb 2025. Strongly recommend them for any Asethetics issue that you might have

Disappointed Six months after surgery, my breasts are an entire cup size different, despite being symmetrical before. My incision scars are jagged, and the post-surgery pain was unbearable. Dr. Ooi assured me the numbing agent would suffice, but I was left in excruciating pain for 84 hours, with Meloxicam and Gabapentin providing no relief. I avoided narcotics, trusting his advice, but the discomfort was overwhelming. For S$8,000 I expected quality care and results—not a painful recovery and uneven breasts. I chose Polaris Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery for expertise and comfort, but now I only feel regret every time I look in the mirror. This experience has been devastating.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that a double eyelid surgery could go so wrong. I had a traumatic journey with blepharoplasty (double eyelid surgery) for almost 2 years until I finally found Dr. Pek Chong Han at Polaris Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. My journey was triggered by my aging eyelids, which made me look perpetually tired and lifeless. The 1st plastic surgeon I consulted assured me he understood my needs, yet the results were disastrous—he gave me double eyelids that were unnaturally high, leaving me with visible scars (see my photo). The 2nd surgeon I turned to claimed he could correct the issue but only made it worse, resulting in triple eyelids (again, see my photo). Then I met Dr. Pek and my experience took a remarkable turn. Dr. Pek is an exceptional plastic surgeon with a good heart. He also has meticulous attention to detail—a perfectionist. Trust me, being a perfectionist is so so important when it comes to aesthetic surgery. During my initial consultation, he listened with empathy, genuinely understood my concerns, and thoroughly explained my options. On the day of surgery, the team at Polaris was incredibly supportive. Dr. Pek together with his assistants, Priscilla and Geraldine were reassuring throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Pek’s hands are exceptionally gentle; even the local anesthesia injections were barely noticeable. Words cannot fully express my gratitude to Dr. Pek. As the saying goes, “Medicine can cure diseases, but only great doctors can heal patients.” My results speak for themselves. Thank you, Dr. Pek. Thank you, Priscilla. Thank you Geraldine.
