Stopped by for the first time today around 11:40 - food was fresh and reasonably priced. There as another customer here at the same time who was “part of the meal plan” and was absolutely terrorizing the staff. She was extremely combative and unreasonable and immediately escalated to “reporting” the employees. All employees stayed extremely calm and professional throughout the interaction, I was very impressed with them. Happy to give more information to the owner if she complains

I noticed you didn't have an online reservation system which likely means all the load of your reservations is on phone calls— that’s great. Many restaurants still handle phone reservations manually, which can lead to missed calls during busy hours and after closing hour's. I have a quick idea for you to capture reservations 24/7 on phone calls. ( If you're interested in what I trying to say feel free to reach me on my email thanks)

Quick and fresh poke spot—Poke Bowl NY hits the mark for a healthy, customizable lunch! Food was outstanding: built a spicy ahi tuna bowl with sushi rice, extra avocado, edamame, mango, cucumber, seaweed salad, and ponzu/sriracha aioli—super fresh fish, perfect balance of textures and flavors. Portions generous and everything tasted clean and bright. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful with suggestions. Atmosphere is straightforward fast-casual (bright, clean, counter seating), nothing fancy but efficient and welcoming for grab-and-go or quick dine-in.

Got take out dinner comped by work :> - Poke burrito w/ raw salmon and raw tuna: 8/10, solid, but there was too much rice/other fillings for the amount of fish. Said heavy sauce, but it tasted like light sauce. Avocado is extra, but it tasted ripe! Pretty filling - lasted me two meals. Would order from work again, but prob wouldn’t pay out of my own pocket - Shrimp tempura: 7/10, standard. Came w/ 4 pieces - Kimchi: 5/10, not bad but not great. Didn’t take super fresh

Best poke bowl take out/sit in for a quick meal. No frills. Fresh, lots of variety. Varies by location. We like the union square one.

Make sure you check your food, maybe they usually wash their salad but there was a HUGE dead fly in my bowl and luckily I transferred from their plastic to a plate so I saw it, but very grossed out and threw the rest of the bowl away.
