We had an excellent experience with Pocket WiFi Amsterdam. The communication was smooth and very quick from the start. The high-speed connection was a great help for our café, where we used the service for more than two weeks. Installation was simple and everything worked flawlessly. Highly reliable service and great customer support. We truly recommend it! ;)

During the JunctionX Delft hackathon, we needed a last-minute WiFi solution for over 300 participants for the entire weekend, and Pocket WiFi Amsterdam was incredibly helpful. They took the time to help us think through what setup would work best for our situation and provided a reliable solution that worked flawlessly. Everyone was able to use the routers without any technical issues. Communication was clear, smooth, and always timely, and the delivery and pickup of the hardware were very flexible. It was great that we could easily agree on times that worked best for both sides. On top of that, their prices were very reasonable for the quality of service provided. It was an absolute pleasure working with them, highly recommended!

Easy to arrange and worked perfectly providing me with WiFi to watch TV etc for a week. Will use again in the future.

Voor ons jaarlijks festival gebruiken we al een tijdje pocketwifi voor internet buiten in het park op verschillende punten. Het is eenvoudig te bedienen, heeft stabiele kwaliteit en doet wat het beloofd. Daarnaast zijn de eigenaren ook super leuke en aardige mensen die graag met je meedenken. Betrouwbaar en een erg vriendelijke service.

I used this Pocketwifi while in Amsterdam and have used different pocket wifi over the years throughout different countries but this one was by far the best with the easiest pickup, drop off at Schipol airport, a decent battery life on the pocket wifi and very responsive staff who were kind enough to give me detailed instructions on where to pick up the pocket WiFi. Would highly recommend if you are needing a pocket wifi in Amsterdam.

Fantastic service! Easy and great communication with picking up and returning wifi. I travel from America and usually get pocket wifis. This Wifi worked great during my trip in Europe! Highly recommend :)

I used Pocket WiFi Amsterdam's portable router during a busy exhibition, and it worked like a charm. While our regular mobile network struggled due to the crowd, their router stayed fast, stable, and reliable.
But here’s the real kicker: the way they do business is next-level. From start to finish, everything was seamless — fast communication, easy setup, and truly top-notch service.
⚠️ Warning: This is not your average Dutch company. You won’t find the usual overpriced, mediocre, can’t-be-bothered service here. These guys actually care, and it shows.

I had the opportunities to rely on Pocket WiFi A’dam’s service multiple times in the past few months. While there were “glitches” (somehow the data limitation kicked in and the staff had to bring me a secondary back up device to get me through), they were very responsive and always keen help. I have no hesitation in requesting their service for my future travels!
