PNP Craftman Reviews

I hired PNP to paint aluminum window frames and doors. They were very professional through out the process. Billy and crew are exceptionally skilled painters. They were super clean and careful in every aspect of the job. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Ian and PNP for a wonderful experience.

PNP Craftsman painted our kitchen cabinets and the results were fantastic! The whole experience was super professional and easy from start to finish. Don, the owner, personally called me before, during, and after the job to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. That level of communication from the owner is rare and was really appreciated! Igor, the main painter on our project, was extremely skilled and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The cabinets look amazing. I'd recommend PNP Craftsman to anyone looking for high-quality cabinet painting. 5 stars!

I did a small project with this company. They added some exterior trim to my 4 wood windows and painted them. The workers were professional, and the final result was beautiful.

Absolutely recommend! Extraordinary experience from start to finish. We had a complex project with more than 16 windows in a 100 year old co-op building in Manhattan. Ian and the entire PNP Craftsmen team are professionals and made our old window frames look new. Great communication, decides of experience, and fantastic value for the end result. I’m very happy and highly recommend their work!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience getting our cabinets painted. The scheduling was easy they were so pleasant to work with and the results exceeded our expectations. Although our cabinets were in good shape the kitchen is on the north side of the house and a chest felt dark. I cook all the time and I wanted to refresh and just gave us everything we wanted if you’re considering it go right ahead !

Was prompt with the initial work, but have been having paint peeling and I reached out. Took over a month to hear back from Ian. Told me the paint didn't adhere and that he would let me know when he was back in the city to do a touch up. Well that was a month ago, and it's been over two months since I initially reached out. I've been emailing weekly for an ETA to repair the work and he's never responds. Very unhappy with the lack of communication.

PNP Craftsmen's work was exceptional. When I made a last-minute request, they collaborated with me to develop a plan that met my school's needs. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future and would highly recommend them.

These guys do an amazing job -- just as promised! Everything in the area is carefully protected before the work begins. Using the highest quality materials, the process then carefully proceeds with a lot of attention to detail, and the final product is truly excellent. The crew couldn't be nicer or easier to deal with. I highly recommend PNP!!

We are quite particular and PNP did a beautiful job changing our cabinets from light wood to white! The workmen came on time every day and were professional, pleasant and neat. We referred PNP to our friends and they also had an excellent outcome.

Had a fantastic experience with the team from PNP Craftsmen. Our cabinets were in great condition but we didn't love the wood finish. It seemed a waste to reface them and that's when I found PNP. I submitted my details via their website and very shortly thereafter Ian called me to explain the process, the timeline and an estimated cost. We then set up time for Ian to come and see our kitchen in person, confirm measurements and officially kick off the process. We were lucky enough to be able to schedule the project for the following week -- the team came in and was incredibly conscientious about keeping everything clean and did a great job of tenting the kitchen so the rest of our apartment wasn't affected. They completed the project in line with the estimate they provided and I cannot put into words how happy we are with the outcome. We've had guests over who have commented that it looks like we have a brand new kitchen!

Well done - and highly recommended. Great service. I wasn't sure about repainting - but our existing cabinets were in great shape, and I hesistated to replace them. You should know, that this is definitely an involved process that involves virtually everything being covered in plastic, and a plastic "wall" to close off your kitchen from your main space (we have an open floor plan.) Having said that, the team was terrific. They were true craftsmen - and the results speak for itself. I can't get over how "different' the cabinets looks painted and with all new hardware. We did other renovations, prior and this was the final piece. We are very happy - and PNP's team did all they promised and more. They were on time everyday, and worked reallly hard to get it right. The photos only show off one small section, but you can see the dramatic change. It really does look terrific in person.

Total Transformation. We live in an older style house and the kitchen, especially the cabinetry was in dire need of an update. Enter Don and his team of expert craftsmen. He walked us through the entire process and kept the price reasonable. Needless to say 2 weeks later and our kitchen looks brand new! Thanks Don for helping us out!
