Thank you Mary. Yes it just goes to show that rather than coming out after hours and charge you at a time and a half rate, I'd rather fix your water heater over the phone.

Paul and Michael were AMAZING! Honest salt of the earth people. Paul was quick to come out for a free estimate and gave me a truly fair deal. I did my homework and looked for additional quotes. Paul is who I'm sticking with for any future plumbing needs. Michael worked on my entire kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher hookup, fridge water line, bathroom tub & sink plus 2 outside spigots. He listened, offered advice and best of all did a phenomenal freakin job VERY neatly! 100% recommend them!!!

Contacted Paul at PM Plumbing & Mechanical at 8:51 am on a Wednesday requesting information about a new sump pump system. Paul thoroughly reviewed and explained a system that would work for our home (PS-C33). At 11:00 am the same day, a professional plumber (Michael) arrived to install the system and by 1:30 pm, we were up and running. Paul and Michael are knowledgeable and friendly and top rate professionals. I highly recommend them.

This company is great! I stand by them 100%. Very honest and fast. I called Paul and asked what the fee for coming to give me an estimate. He told me to take a picture and send it to him. He was able to evaluate what I was going to need with NO CHARGE!! He gave me a quote which was very fair for what he did. Excellent company, excellent people. I will use them again, if needed.

Excellent people! Excellent company! We needed plumbing work done at new house we just bought, and we called Paul at PM Plumbing to install new sump pump and new battery sump pump back-up. We also needed a new water line for the refrigerator icemaker. Paul was friendly and informative, and he clearly explained what he would do for us to fix both problems for a reasonable cost. We are more than satisfied with everything that was done especially because some of the work was difficult. The plumbers were professional, efficient, and courteous, and gave us instructions to operate and maintain new installations. We highly recommend this company for 100% customer satisfaction!

PM and crew did a fantastic job. They were hired to install a gas line from my meter to my outdoor fire pit. They went beyond the original plans as they noticed added work need to be completed for safety and quality workmanship. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. I strongly recommend them and would definitely call on them again.

I want to thank this company for being quick, reliable and not too expensive!! I called the company and they come out within 2 hrs (due to my busy schedule otherwise they were ready when I called about a simple job) and fixed the issue within 1 hour. There was also no extra charge for coming out the same day. Other companies make you pay extra fees for same day services otherwise you have to wait a week. You guys definitely gained a new customer for my future services!! Thank you again

They did great work. They adjusted my estimate to be lower because they didn't spend as much time as they thought installing. Which I thought was great. That means they are honest and adjusted my bill to fit the actual time it took them to install.
