An absolutely amazing veterinary clinic! The doctors here are not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I want to especially thank Dr. Kerrieāshe was so patient and gentle with my cat (who is extremely sensitive and tends to be quite temperamental). Thanks to her professional care, my cat fully recovered from acute kidney failure. Iām truly grateful!
Also, thank you to Dr. Leo ,Dr. Robin and the rest of the medical team for their support. This is the best veterinary clinic ever!
Thank you so much to the doctor and the amazing nurse team for the care you gave to my cat Runa. Your professionalism, patience, and compassion made a stressful time much easier for both Runa and us. We truly appreciate the thorough treatment and constant support. Iām grateful to see my cat recover quicklyāthis wouldnāt have happened without your dedication. Highly recommend this clinic!

The BEST vet experience Iāve ever had (and Iāve had cats all my life)
This was our first time at Plus One Vet - Nundah after moving into the area, and honestly, I am blown away.
Our ginger kitty needed a dental clean last week and the whole experience was the most positive vet visit Iāve ever had. The attention to detail in both the admission and discharge process was incredible, everything was explained clearly and thoughtfully, and there was never a moment where we felt rushed or like ājust a numberā.
They sent us updates and photos throughout the day (which Iāve never had a vet do before!) so we always knew how he was doing, and our anxious cat-parent minds were completely put at ease. You could genuinely tell he was being cared for with love, not just handled.
Even after his procedure they made time to give him snuggles and comfort him. That small detail meant so much, because it told me everything about the type of clinic this is.
Every single staff member we interacted with felt warm, kind, competent and genuinely invested in the well-being of the animals they see.
I honestly canāt give enough praise. We walked away feeling safe, seen and very reassured that all future vet care is absolutely in the right hands.
Plus One Vet Nundah has definitely become our clinic now.
10/10 ā highly recommend.
Weāve had a wonderful experience with both Dr. Delores and Dr. Robin, along with their fantastic team.
Dr. Delores is exceptionally loving and caring towards our dog, and always ensures we are present during consultations. She conducts all examinations openly, and any procedures that can be done with us present are carried out with full transparency and clear explanations. This level of openness gives us great confidence in the care our dog receives.
Dr. Robin is also an excellent vet ā knowledgeable, kind, and equally attentive to our dog. He shows genuine compassion and always takes the time to ensure our dog is comfortable and calm. His thoughtful approach and clear communication make every interaction reassuring and professional.
Both doctors are incredibly responsive, returning calls promptly and addressing all our concerns with care and attention. Itās clear that the whole team truly prioritizes the well-being of their patients.
Our dog never feels stressed visiting the clinic, which speaks volumes about the calm, welcoming environment theyāve created. The nurses and staff are just as kind and professional, making every visit a smooth and positive experience.
Weāre truly grateful to have found such a dedicated, compassionate, and trustworthy veterinary team. Highly recommended!

After visiting countless vets for my little kitten, Iām so grateful to Dr. Kerrie Kuok. She assisted in finding a diagnosis and the right treatment for my kitten. After a thorough examination, she was able to refer us to a veterinary specialist who provided the care my kitten needed.
I truly appreciated Kerrieās honesty and integrity when having a difficult conversation about the likely diagnosis and prognosis. Her openness, kindness, and clear communication made such a difference during an incredibly stressful time.
Thanks to her guidance, my kitten was able to receive the right specialist care and is now living a healthy and happy life. I cannot thank Dr. Kerrie enough for everything she has done for us.
Plus One Vet is our new veterinary clinic since we recently relocated to Nundah. Weāve taken our greyhound there twice ā first for a general check-up and vaccination, and then for a dental cleaning and polish. Each visit, from reception to the nurses and vets, the entire team showed genuine care and went above and beyond to keep our hound comfortable. They run an excellent practice with competitive fees, and I would highly recommend them.
We are new clients of Dr Delores and her team at Plus One Vets Nundah. She took great care of our dog, quickly diagnosing the problem and arranging the necessary treatment. We left with a clear understanding of how to continue his treatment at home. The cost was very reasonable. The staff are kind and friendly and the practice is clean and tidy. We easily found parking just behind the practice as described on their website. We'll be taking all our pets to Delores as they come due for needless etc. I'm very happy to recommend Plus One Vets Nundah to all our family and friends.

Honestly, the best vet I have ever been to. They were so kind and excellent at explaining diagnosis and treatment. My 14yr old cat Benny had just stayed a few nights in for fluids for early kidney disease, and the continous updates on how he was doing were really reassuring as I was quite worried about how he would go being away. He was getting lots of attention during his stay, which I'm sure he was lapping up. Fair pricing as well, and they were very understanding of any sort of financial issues and did their best to assist. The pack they gave me to take home with some of his new prescription food and the all around care they have about animals is genuinely so nice to see. I almost never leave reviews, but I honestly had to for the professionalism, care, and passion that I experienced here.

I pre-booked both my cats as the first patients of the day, as I was having flooring installed at home and they were due. When I arrived, the practice already had a strong, unpleasant smell ā which was surprising given it was the start of the day and we were the first ones there.
I then waited 12minutes for it to open late and then over 40minutes more just for the vet to actually arrive. During this time, the smell was so strong that my mother had to go outside to wait.
Nearing 3 hours later, I called to check in ā assuming at least one cat had been seen by then. No ā neither had been seen. By this point, they had been fasting for even longer at this stage and the anxiety medication I gave them that morning would have worn off.
A couple of hours later, I was told the x-ray machine was broken (something they hadnāt mentioned earlier) but they still strongly recommended removing 3ā4 of my 3-year-old catās teeth. Oddly, not even one of the teeth they mentioned matched the āwatchedā tooth noted at our previous vet visit just a year before (who had an X-ray and reason to watch it).
As I manage a human dental practice.. I felt more uneasy to agree with no X-ray and I didnāt agree to the extractions and left the teeth intact..
I was going to not return and just try to forget this poor experience. I had left a personal honest comment of a shorter version of this experience on a local Facebook group and I was contacted by the practice for feedback ā I called and texted back but was then ignored anyway?
Fast track to now, I took my cat (the one they wanted to extract 3ā4 teeth from...)
To Nundah Village Vet for an annual dental clean, x-rays, and bloodwork.
Two veterinarians there reviewed the case ā and NOT ONE TOOTH WAS REMOVED..
They cross-checked records from Plus One Nundah, their findings and confirmed no extractions were necessary.
This whole experience left me upset all over again, knowing I could have unnecessarily put my 3-year-old cat through painful and needless surgery ā likely just to fill the gaps in their āfree bloods with dentalā new patient deal.. un being on the fence of even how many but definitely "these 3"
I can not recommend this practice and it has puzzled me how others have had such a great experience.
My cats survived and it was a tad cheaper at the time, proceed with caution.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and the distress it caused you and your cats. This is far from the standard of care and communication we strive to provide, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations during your visit.
Your comments regarding the odour in the clinic, the delays in opening, and the extended wait time for your pets to be seen are particularly concerning and not reflective of how we intend to run our practice. We appreciate you raising these issues and will be reviewing our scheduling and cleanliness protocols to ensure this does not happen again.
Regarding the recommended dental treatment, we understand how distressing it must have been to hear differing professional opinions. Treatment recommendations can vary between vets, especially without the help of diagnostic imaging like dental x-ray. Situations like this can be out of our control, we hope you understand.
We're also sincerely sorry that your attempt to provide further feedback was not followed up properly. That's a missed opportunity on our part to make things right, and weāll be reviewing how we handle post-visit communication to ensure every client feels heard and respected.
Weāre glad to hear your cats are healthy and doing well, and we truly wish them continued wellness and comfort. While we regret that your experience with us did not inspire confidence, we do appreciate your honesty, it helps us reflect and improve.
