Dec was extremely attentive, efficient and communicated well. Our mortgage was not as straightforward as the norm and he handled it with care, diligence and expertise. Dec has been fantastic since our first phone call. We made him aware we were first time buyers and really unsure of the process, Dec took the time to explain the entire process and very simply guided us throughout. Dec has always been contactable through emails or phone calls and we have had regular phone calls to stay updated with our progress. He handled our awkward position (both self employed) incredibly and explained to us our options. He managed to get us the highest borrowing amount compared to any other mortgage advisor we spoke to.
