Jeremy Helton and his wife Melissa were great to work with, and fit us in as quickly as our own schedule would allow when a snafu with the Village we had not anticipated--and of our own doing--kiboshed the initial install date. Jeremy was here first thing in the morning for the install and put everything together and in with the new Navien Tankless Water Heater and was done by around 4:00 p.m. He is a consummate professional journeyman plumber and although our house had unusual hookups requiring workarounds, nothing phased him and our new water heater is in place and ready to go! I heartily recommend Helton Plumbing for any water heater install and any other plumbing needs you might have.

Helton has been great! From my initial call, they proved to me top-notch customer service. They were able to come out within 36 hours and arrived during the time window they provided. They installed the sump pump very quickly and took the time to show me how it works. I will definitely be calling Helton again for my next plumbing need!

Jeremy came out to service a leak I had in my shower which was causing ceiling damage to the room below. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour and at a more than fair price. I highly recommend Helton plumbing!
