Exceptional Service and Quality Work!
Alfredo and his highly skilled team recently replaced our main sewer line and we are so impressed with their expertise, quick and professional service, and especially for their kindness and care. They truly went above and beyond - working over the weekend, dealing with permit issues, navigating lines and connections that were very deep in the earth and being so kind as to leave our driveway surface in much better shape than they found it! We truly wish we could give them more than 5 stars. They are incredibly hard-working and genuinely good people.

Alfredo and his guys are top notch , very professional and thorough. The price to do the job was more than fair and it was a no brainer to give them my business, I will be recommending them to all that has any plumbing needs big or small. When the job was done my front yard where the work was done was clean and I couldn’t even tell they had been there . Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was done !!

They did a great job in my house, which I hired them for their VIP service. They serviced my Water heater, checked my toilets and other fixtures, went to my crawling space and took pictures of all my plumbing. It was really a 5 star service, strongly recommended.

Ortiz Family Plumbing is HONEST! They will give you a complete assessment for what your property truly needs. I am also extremely impressed by Mr. Alfredo Ortiz’s daughter who was not only professional and kind, but extremely knowledgeable about about her family’s business. Both Alethia & her father reached out to me just to inquire about my very elderly father. They answered important questions for me and gave me information of the process on forms & certificates as well as whom to call should there be any problems. In addition to that, Alethia even called me to ask how my ill father was doing another week later! I can say I have dealt with other plumbers who claim there years of experience should be reassuring but sadly it was not reflected in any of the process. I believe Ortiz plumbing will do your job, honestly, professionally and take a genuine interest in their customers!

We are very satisfied with the whole experience of replacing the water box, raising the location of the water and drainage lines to the height necessary to connect properly to the new All in One washer dryer. The work was increased by the need to replace the water main shut off with a ball valve. It was made more complicated and delayed by having to notify the HOA manager to shut off the water main of the condo section. Overall everything got worked out and the whole work was completed over two days as scheduled.
All the workers were professional, warm and courteous. Special mention to Anthony and Andrew for beyond and above services. Also to Alfredo Ortiz for overseeing the whole process and providing clear information. We gladly recommend Ortiz Plumbing and will use the service again.

Our water heater went out.
We worked with Ortiz in the past and they received the first call.
Great communication. Picked up the phone right away 8:30 at night and confirmed a next day appointment.
Showed up 9:00 am.
Explained the replacement water heater type and cost of installation by 9:30 am.
The job was finished by noon. They took the old water heater and cleaned up the working area.
Ortiz is highly recommended.

I had a clogged shower drain and were able to fix it without any issues. They came on the earlier side of the appointment time. Their 24-hour service made it easy to set up an appointment and they came as fast as possible. Their customer service and feedback was also very precise and professional.

I am so annoyed that I used Ortiz Plumbing. They charged me $849 to install my garbage disposal. I had already purchased a disposal so the just did the installation (pipes were all new). usually I get three bids for house projects but my handyman recommended these guys so I just trusted. As it turns out, they overcharged me by $400 - $500. I talked to the owner about it and he didn't pick up at all that this is completely outside the cost of doing a regular garbage disposal installation. I was at home alone, and im positive they wouldn't have pulled this if my husband were home. Not only that but they called me sweetheart. So annoying. Please do yourself a favor and double check pricing before you book this business.

We had Ortiz Plumbing come out to check our pipes and plumbing after living in our house 35+ years. I was delighted to meet Alfredo, the owner. He is very knowledgeable with 30+ years of experience and a well trained crew. On the day of my visit I received an email with a short video introducing who and when they would be arriving. Alfredo, Anthony and Andrew arrived and quickly put down tarps to cover walk areas as well as wore shoe coverings. They went under my house, checked out all the pipes, toilets, sinks, washing machine, water heater, even the sewer line. They were very thorough, even took pictures. I HIGHLY recommend Alfredo and Ortiz Plumbing if you need any pipe or plumbing work done.
