My bathtub drain stopper was completely stuck, and nothing I tried would budge it. Ren from United HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical had it free in no time. He didn't just fix it and leave. He showed me what was causing the problem, helped me pick the right replacement part, and explained how to install it myself, which turned out to be easy. He even cleaned the top of the drain, not a pleasant job, without being asked. Ren was polite, friendly, and respectful throughout. He mentioned whole-house water filtration as an option but wasn't pushy at all. He just gave me the information, with no pressure. It's rare to find a technician who is skilled and honest and treats you like a person rather than a sale. I'd happily call United again and ask for Ren.

I had an impossible tub spout repair. Other plumber said to break through my custom bath tile and kitchen cabinetry to replace the fitting. Ren B. from United researched the fitting and within three minutes removed it—no tile or cabinet cutting required. To top things off, Ren was so courteous and kind. I highly, highly recommend Ren and United for their honesty, fast work, and professionalism. 5+ stars!

I had a great experience with Cristopher Villa. He came out to diagnose an error code on my tankless water heater and was able to identify the issue. During his inspection, he also noticed that the unit was leaking and brought the problem to my attention. Cristopher provided me with three different options to address the issue and explained each one clearly. He also made sure the recommended setup included all the necessary add-ons and safety components to ensure the installation would be up to code. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

I had a great experience with Cristopher Villa. He did an excellent job redoing the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink and making sure everything was properly connected and working as it should. He also snaked the kitchen drain line to address a recurring blockage. Cristopher was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the issue was completely resolved. After the work was finished, the kitchen sink was draining properly again with no issues. They did a good job but they’re very expensive. $360 to fix a clogged bathroom sink. Took 20 minutes to remove the p-trap, snake the pipe inside the wall and remove hair that caused the clog. Pleased with the work but very pricey

Most recently, he replaced our washer/dryer valves, installed a new toilet, and took care of a leaking bathtub faucet. What I really appreciate about Anton is that he takes the time to explain what’s going on and walks us through our options without ever making us feel rushed. He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just genuinely easy to work with. It’s nice having a plumber we know we can trust and call when something comes up. We called United Plumbing to troubleshoot a plumbing problem in our home - a couple of toilets did not refill reliably. Anton from United Plumbing diagnosed the issue right away and offered to fix it. Then, In the spirit of thoroughness, Anton inquired whether there was anything else that needed fixing. I recalled that we had an issue with house-shaking rumbles emanating from the garage when certain faucets were opened. Anton tested the water pressure and determined that it was dangerously high! Yikes! We signed up to have all ithe ssues resolved by Anton the following day. Anton arrived on time and set about working on all the issues. He installed a new pressure reducing valve to protect our plumbing, replaced the faulty toilet hardware, and adjusted everything so the tanks now always refill. Throughout the process, Anton was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about costs. He made sure we were completely satisfied with his work before he left. We highly recommend Anton and United Plumbing for any plumbing repairs!

Anton got here on time same day for a bad clog. He got into the crawl space to get a sense of pipe layout, snaked through the clog that’s pretty far down the pipe, and showed me videos of the pipes to get a sense of the issue. Very happy with the results!
