Niall was no different, had a few small jobs to do and he was great. Took his time, was really helpful and explained what he was doing and why. I have been in business all my life and have found over a number of years the number of people that I give work to do not phone back when they say they will and do not seem to care, so when I telephoned Plumbgas I did not know what to expect, but I need nt have worried. They turned up bang on time Stewart shaw the engineer was great, he fixed the problem replaced the faulty parts all within 45 minutes, took photographs of the parts changed, also the invoice was correct the hourly charge was correctly calculated and charged, I will not estate to call them when I need them again highly recommended Bill Baker, WA & JE Baker. Farms.

The work carried out was to a very high standard and the fitter was friendly and professional in his approach.
