This firm were very easy to deal with the lady on reception (sorry cannot remember her name) was so helpful, the work was dealt with at the time and date previously agreed.
The plumber Ryan was very courteous, as well as being very efficient. He completed the job and left everything neat and tidy cannot praise him enough

I was very impressed with Plumgas . I was told the engineers name before he arrived and I could follow his estimated time of arrival on my phone . I found this very reassuring as I was on my own . . . When the engineer arrived I could tell by his competent manner of working that my boiler service was in good hands .

I can’t recommend Plumbgas highly enough. They recently fixed a leaking pipe for us, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and got straight to work diagnosing the issue.

New Boiler and replacement valve. From quote to install, and any special requests handled quickly and efficiently. Full install report with photos - this team are setting new standards in service :) Libby handled most communications and was always professional with quick responses to questions. Final invoice in line with original quotations. Nothing too much trouble. I don't recall before this work, having such a painless process for such major work. Very please to have found this company :)
