Jason has come to fit a mixer tap for me, repair pipework to get them up to current standards, fixed a toilet leak and fixed a leak on my stop tap all done within a week. My house is very old, and has very old pipework, but this was no issue for Jason (including all the DIY jobs the old homeowner done 😬). He came to me within days of me calling, very quick and efficient. Pricing is very reasonable, you can tell he cares about his standards and giving all customers a very quick, efficient and high quality service - he is going to be who I call from now on!! Thank you Jason!

Emergency call out this evening - Called Jason with little information as it came out of nowhere. He was here within the hour and problem solved quickly (disconnected pipe under floor boards). Jason was very helpful and left no mess, even gave me a very handy radiator key to put on my key ring. Thank you !

Plumbfix were brilliant I phoned them at 9.10pm on a Friday night as the ceiling had come down in my mums kitchen after a leak upstairs in the bathroom. They were so helpful and reassuring the advice was very welcome at a difficult and scary time. They offered to come straight away or 8am the following morning. We decided to wait till the morning after as the water was turned off and the leak was stopped. Plumbfix turned up 8am prompt on a Saturday morning, even though he had a wedding at 1pm that day. The leak was located quickly and efficiently and made good before we knew it. Excellent service and value for money. Highly recommend Plumbfix. 😊

Excellent service. Thank you I phoned for a leaking tap. I had phoned a few plumbers but nobody had got back to me. The tap was dripping really bad. Jason answered straight away and was with me really quickly, we decided on a new tap and he got and fitted it very quickly, i was really pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. The service and the cost wss very reasonable and I was very happy. I would be more than pleased to recommend him to family and friends. He was very friendly and polite and fid and excellent job. I had my annual boiler service carried out today by Plumbfix Wales, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jason and Tom (father and son) were both friendly, professional, and punctual. They carried out the boiler service thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. One word...outstanding! Called Jason with an emergency leak, he asked about the issue, quoted a price and came within 30mins. He explained what the issue was, told us how best to avoid the same issue occurring and perhaps most importantly was trustworthy and friendly. Any future plumbing issues we have, we know who to call.
