I phoned for a leaking tap. I had phoned a few plumbers but nobody had got back to me. The tap was dripping really bad. Jason answered straight away and was with me really quickly, we decided on a new tap and he got and fitted it very quickly, i was really pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. The service and the cost wss very reasonable and I was very happy. I would be more than

Absolutely brilliant service! Emergency call out to repair a leaking toilet in Pontllanfraith. Very thorough, reasonably priced, friendly and efficient service. Already booked them in to sort another snagging issue out. Would thoroughly recommend!

I had my annual boiler service carried out today by Plumbfix Wales, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Jason and Tom (father and son) were both friendly, professional, and punctual. They carried out the boiler service thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. They also worked very cleanly and left everything exactly as they found it, which I really appreciated.

One word...outstanding! Called Jason with an emergency leak, he asked about the issue, quoted a price and came within 30mins.
He explained what the issue was, told us how best to avoid the same issue occurring and perhaps most importantly was trustworthy and friendly.
Any future plumbing issues we have, we know who to call. Would definitely recommend!!!

Jason came out fairly quickly to fix our blocked toilets upstairs. We contacted him on the weekend and expected a few days wait, however he was out first thing Monday morning and had the toilet cleared with 10-15 minutes. Also gave advise on ways to prevent blockages between our two toilets going forward, and things we can get for the toilet tank etc. Very professional and would highly recommend

Jason was excellent. He fitted us in at short notice to plumb a dishwasher which wasn't a straightforward connection. He fitted a new valve and waste for our sink and got it all up and running in no time. Reliable, good cost and service!
