The two technicians were polite, experienced and arrived as agreed. They serviced our boiler and did adjust a filter and did not mind cutting the back of the cupboard to access the part. Very pleased with the quality of their honestly priced service:)

I can't thank them enough. I left a message on the answerphone the night before at around 20.45 and the following day I got a call from Alex at around 8.30 a.m. Alex arrived shortly afterwards to deal with the problem (which I must say was of my own making!) Alex sorted the problem and talked me through what he had done. Woolwich Plumbing and Heating are very professional and a delight to deal with. I have used Woolwich Plumbing and Heating before and as with this visit I have absolutely no complaints. They are my go to company for plumbing repairs and installation. I can't recommend them highly enough. A very satisfied customer. JB

I am so grateful to Woolwich Plumbing & Heating. They have never let me down whenever I've needed them. I needed a repair on my kitchen tap, which was causing a persistent drip. I called them in the morning, and they were able to send a plumber out that same afternoon. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly assessed the problem and explained the solution to me in clear terms. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He completed the repair efficiently and cleaned up afterwards, leaving no mess. I was very happy with the price of the repair, and I would definitely recommend Woolwich Plumbing & Heating to anyone in the Woolwich area. They are a reliable and trustworthy company that provides excellent service.
