They charged me $$619 for a product bundle I never authorized. When I sent it back they refused to refund me or let me speak to a supervisor. Worst experience Ive ever encountered with a company. Buyer beware!! Once they have your CC on file theyll claim you made an account and authorized such monthly fees. Then the burden of proof is on you to try to get it reversed with your banking company. Nightmare situation, poor customer service, no accountability within the organization. Run.
Plexus is all about making money. Their Supplements do not work for most people. I got sick from drinking Slim . My doctor said it was a waste of money and You could get the same benefits from healthy foods and a lot cheaper. Too many pushy ambassadors. I am tired of seeing all ambassadors on social media selling plexus So they can move up on the total pole. I dont even wanna be friends with most of those people anymore. They are totally addicted and brainwashed by the company . Even though the CEO has to pay the employees Utilities and etc. they are still making more money than the ambassadors , you say you care If you did care, you would pay them more versus less. I will never get suckered in the joining any company like this again!!!

A majority of the time, work outside the scope of your job is expected, and you're not compensated properly. Management has unclear expectations. Promotions are hard to get for hourly employees, and if you do, they're small. No bonuses. Pros: Paycheck Cons: Low pay, expected overtime, reactive instead of proactive in all aspects.
I purchased a product by Plexus on ******, and because it was considered a food item it wasnt returnable. I wanted my money back like they advertise if you dont like the product. So I contact Plexus and was given a return label to return the product and get my money ************ Im not making this upThe day after I ship the product back,they tell me they cant take the product back and cannot give me a refund because the Amazon seller was unauthorized to sell their product on ****** so theyre intercepting the package and I will recieve it back. A couple weeks go by and I havent received my product back so I contact them only for them to tell me that the product was delivered to their warehouse and they already disposed of it and are still refusing a refund.Worst customer service EVER ???????

Plexus is a electronic custom manufacturer that specializes in high mix, high complexity, low volume business. Change management is most important due to customer requests. The new technology is fascinating. Pros: Culture is great and there is a team atmosphere that everyone works together to ensure success. Cons: Compensation is medium to low because it's a lower margin custom manufacturer
Placed an order with Plexus 8/23. Was told by the seller to keep the VIP annual renewal membership on the order as it offered me discounts; can cancel right (automatic renewal) if you dont want it. I started submitting tickets for this to be cancelled 8/25. I received 2 answers: they cant do that for 6-12 months (which, it would renew at 12 months LOL) and that theyd cancel it after the 1st of month. I submitted 4 more tickets since, asking for the same thing. Received a response from a manager saying he was there to help!! but didnt cancel the VIP membership automatic renewal, and didnt respond. I submitted another request today, and it said they cant use their system (so cant cancel) from the 1st to the 15th of the month LOL. Ultimately blocked future charges with my credit card company, which means I cant order any more products either (so their attempts to make money, actually lead to lost money).Huge scam.

Don’t come very bad. They won’t appreciate your hard work. All very messed up. They won’t appreciate your efforts in work but only how you talk. In 2022 I contacted a Plexus salesperson to order the 3-day reset cleanse for my husband and I. Unbeknownst to me at the time, she added multiple additional and expensive products to my order and signed up both my husband and I as salespeople - without our consent. I returned the unwanted products but Plexus refused to refund the shipping and said I had to ask the salesperson to refund the cost of shipping. When I contacted her (the rep) about shipping she was annoyed and never reimbursed me. Fast forward to 2023 and Plexus charged my credit card $19.95 each again for my husband and I. I called Plexus and was told it was our annual membership fee (that we never agreed to). I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company because Plexus refused to refund it because it was in the past. It took multiple calls to finally get someone on the phone. We NEVER agreed to be sales members and had no knowledge of our enrollment. When I finally got through to someone at Plexus they said they would cancel our membership but I had to agree that I could never sign up as a sales rep again in my lifetime because I canceled it. Now in 2024 Plexus charges my credit card $19.95 again! This is beyond ridiculous and fraud by Plexus. A company is legally not allowed to charge your credit card without your knowledge or consent. Plexus has nothing to lose and everything to gain. Im sure many people dont even notice the charge on their credit card since they keep doing it. When I called Plexus, the rep said my husband was still enrolled. We didnt know he was still enrolled. She said she would email him a cancellation link but the email address she said they have on file for him was missing a letter and was incorrect. She said she couldnt change the email in their system but that she would email him. AGAIN, I reminded her the email they have is wrong and that he would not get the email she sends. She still wouldnt correct it but said he had to call to cancel. Ridiculous!!
Unreliable
Plexus hires great people and that’s what makes Plexus such a great company to work for. Management on the other hand needs improvement. Some are great to their employees, others don’t care. Management cannot be trusted. This company is constantly doing layoffs randomly with no notice. Definitely not a company you can rely on. Pros: Great people Cons: Constant layoffs
Plexus deserves zero stars in my mind. I tried their products in 2021. The first thing they wanted me to do was promote their products before i even tried any. Of course I didn't promote anything before trying the products. After using the products for 3 months, i gained 15lbs! I cancelled my subscription in ****************************** the annual fee. I just called them again to cancel yet again. They said they will refund this last fee but nothing before it. I will be watching more closely next year to be sure they don't try to charge me yet again. They are terrible to work with and the products did nothing for me.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Many plexus sellers are selling it to pregnant or breast feeding women. Like good old *****************************. Continually going on and on about how its so safe to take during pregnancy and breast-feeding and it helps so much and yet plexus continually does nothing about it. Its dangers.
