We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this daycare and feel incredibly grateful that our son’s first experience with daycare has gone so well! The educators are truly lovely, caring, and organized—you can see how much they genuinely care for each child. I especially appreciate the daily report we receive at pick-up. It keeps us updated on how our child’s day went, how he napped, and the activities he participated in. It’s such a thoughtful and comforting way to stay connected. We had a lovely experience here. Sara is incredibly organized and thoughtful in her management of the space. The staff are kind, caring, and invested in your child's well being. The indoor space itself is great with all the tools, activities and amenities needed. The outdoor space is awesome with great equipment and a fun play gym.

Playtime Childcare Society is an amazing place. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the kids. Every day is filled with fun activities, and my child always comes home happy and full of stories. The environment feels safe, positive, and welcoming. I really appreciate how they balance play with learning and personal growth. The communication with parents is also great, and you can tell the staff take pride in what they do. I’m grateful to have found such a reliable and caring place. Highly recommend to any parent!

Like most parents we were nervous about the transition to daycare. But the management and teachers went out of their way to help my daughter slowly transition at her own speed. She loves going to see her friends everyday and tells me all about the fun activities the teachers do with them. I’ve been so impressed by the amount of individual attention each child gets and the level of care she has received. The ECEs are amazing, big shout out to Dilpreet, Kiran and Randeep. They make sure that we know what she has been doing all day and did a great job working with us on potty training. She always comes home clean and happy. The classroom is safe, hygienic, clean and seems to constantly have new/fun activities to engage in. And perhaps best of all, it feels like they made us part of the family.

My son recently started attending this daycare for the first time, and I was initially worried about how he would adapt since he had only ever spent time with his mom and dad. I was surprised when the teacher confidently suggested that he could stay for a full day on his very first visit. Everyone at the daycare is amazing and truly knows their job. Every time I drop off or pick up my child, I notice the happy atmosphere and the genuine involvement of the teachers in the children's lives. I would especially like to thank Navjot, who has been exceptional. She is always happy to share details about my son's day and even shows me photos of his activities. She's attentive to his nap schedule and keeps me informed about all the little things that matter so much as a parent. Unfortunately, my son will be moving to another daycare closer to home. However, if we ever return to this area, I would be more than happy to join this wonderful daycare again. Thank you for everything! Alesia and Keanu 😊

I was worried about moving my child to a new daycare, but the team was so helpful and made sure that we transitioned smoothly and slowly. As the days passed my kid got better and better. You can really feel that they like their teachers. If you’re looking for a place for your kid to start daycare. I’d recommend them 100% They got everything figured out so that they can fully just focus on providing the care our kids needs.

The most important thing to me when I was looking for a daycare was that the teachers would truly care about my child. Playtime has absolutely shown that they do, and my toddler loves attending. I so appreciate how our classroom’s ECEs go above and beyond and create such a positive environment.

Our daughter has a big personality and expresses herself in a loud and sometimes physical way. The staff here has been a big support for her (shout out to Chantel). Excellent communication and further education to be able to support the littles through the tricky stages of childhood.

I love my daughter’s daycare. The teachers are very understanding and supportive and as much as they have to be attentive with so many kids, they are very focussed on individualized education and support for each child. My daughter has made a lot of friends there and she has learned so much in her time that she’s been there, especially in the 3 to 5 years at playtime. She recently got a minor eye injury there, complete accident when the kiddos were playing, and the staff went over and above to help and support her and informed me right away and dealt with everything very professionally and lovingly. I’m very happy with our experience there, and so is my daughter. 👍 all the way! 💕

Our kid loves going there. The staffs are attentive and truly care about the kid. The facility is clean and safe and has lots of stuff for fun and learning activities. We highly recommend this daycare!

My daughter has been at playtime Latimer for around 4 months now and I can’t say enough good things about the centre and the team there. They are friendly, caring, responsive and most importantly, my daughter loves all the educators and is happy to be there each day.
