Bardzo polecam, kontakt po Polsku, poprowadzili mnie za rękę, wystarczyło tylko podpisywać dokumenty przy kawie (swoją drogą pyszna, z rodzinnej palarni z Polski). Byli pomocni na każdym etapie od darmowej konsultacji przez całą sprawę aż do jej zakończenia. Nawet taksówki nie musiałem sam zamawiać przy wizycie :) Z jednej strony cieszyłem się z wygranej, z drugiej aż żal było się rozstawać. Jeżeli kiedyś będę potrzebował znowu pomocy prawnika, na pewno wrócę do Sławka i jego fantastycznego Teamu.

The insurance companies will lie to you shamelessly. Don’t ever believe a word any of those people say. Always call your lawyer before speaking to anyone. I made that mistake when I had a truck accident but thankfully Platta turned it around and got me a great settlement!!

I was on my way to an appointment when a driver failed to stop at a red light and struck me. I had the right of way. I managed to pull away from the vehicle, but my foot was trapped underneath. I suffered road rash and severe foot pain. If you've been hurt due to someone else's negligence, I highly recommend this firm. They fought for me every step of the way.

A child getting injured is probably the worst type of accident case anyone can go through as a parent. They really handle these kinds of cases delicately but also go after the insurance companies like bulldogs. Highly recommend to anyone searching for a PI firm.
