Super nice guys and I totally get their passion……but you really need to be clear about what you (the client) want BEFORE YOU HIRE ANYONE. Do you want your home to BE clean, or do you just want it to LOOK like someone was there cleaning? For me, I want my home to be very clean and void of fluffed up tissues and stickers on my toilet paper. There is a place for that fancy stuff but I think that place is hotels, not homes. CLEAN my home, don’t waste time and toilet paper with the stickers.

Jonathan was assigned to clean my house this morning. when I came home from work, the house was looking and smelling amazing. Jonathan did an exceptional job. I have two cats and love walking around barefoot on the hardwood floors. I changed out of my uniform kicked off my shoes and socks, and did the barefoot floor test no pet hair or litter sticking to my feet. Floors and carpet feel amazing.

Platinum Star Cleaning is great. David has been our dedicated cleaner for the past few months and he does an amazing job. Pam is truly a gem! She’s been helping us with house cleaning for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about her.
