The best guys I have ever worked with! I spilled a cup of coffee on my car seats and they helped me extracted it for free. Very kind and helpful person, they know what they are doing. Highly recommend!! :) Although I didn’t wrap my car with them, the cars in their shop look really nice.

2026 Update: Brought my new car for window tinting to Platinum Plus Detailing! Based on my experience 1+ year ago, I went straight to PPD without checking with anyone else. It was another fabulous experience from the beginning. I was able to get a quote quickly in a written form, then make a deposit and appointment all so conveniently online. On the day of the appointment, my car was ready within the timeframe promised. Now that the films have all cured (Is that the right term?), the work is flawless. I absolutely appreciate every single person of PPD crew - for their integrity and honesty, and that they've mastered the perfect balance of professionalism and friendly service! Thank you for making my car look so much more polished!

I took my very scratched-up Audi coupe for paint protection film, new tint on driver and passenger side windows and detailing. I'd checked with 2 other vendors prior to making an appointment at Platinum Plus Detailing. I was able to speak to Joab, the owner, who spent the time on the phone to explain to me the process, then set the appointment so that he see the actual condition of the paint. He was very thorough documenting all the blemishes on my car along with the recommendations.
I had to drop my car off while I went off on my trip and Joab kept me updated periodically. The Paint Protection work on my car is flawless and has made my car which was purchased in 2016 look brand new. The window tinting is flawless as well!
The pricing at Platinum Plus Detailing is very competitive with other vendors. Their location near Orange County airport is a plus, if you need to travel or rent a car while getting the work done.
I absolutely appreciate Joab and his friendly, meticulous staff for the wonderful job!

I had my windows tinted by PPD in August 2023 but recently had my windshield replaced when a kicked up rock left a huge crack that was growing by the day. After having tint for so long the amount of UV and heat that passed thru the bare windshield was quite noticeable. I could feel how much warmer the cabin and steering wheel felt after my car sat in the sun all day. It was a no brainer to add the tint back.
Setting up the appointment was easy. PPD had my original installation on record and matched the tint material (ceramic) and percentage.
I could not tell the difference between the newly installed tint on the windshield to the ones that had been on my other windows for the past 2 1/2 years. No fading. No difference in clarity. To me that speaks to the quality of the product. Plus Joab and his team were as kind and professional as my previous visits. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get a tint job.

joab and miguel were so great to work with i wanted to reveiw immediately, but since tint/ceramic takes a day or two to settle, integrity demands I reveiw once the final product is complete- and it did not dissapoint. The subtle warbles from the first day have all dissapeared to reveal a smooth as glass finish. The clear front windsheild treatment blocks so much of the heat I no longer worry about facing the sun and getting burnt. My front winsheild is huge, so this uv protection is crucial! Great job guys, thank you so very much. 10/10 recommend Platinum Plus Detailing.

We’ve been using Platinum Plus Mobile Detailing in Costa Mesa for over 10 years now, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. Joab, the owner, is absolutely incredible—reliable, professional, and just an all-around good person who truly cares about his clients.
Over the years, he’s taken amazing care of both my car and my husband’s, and the quality of his work has always been top-notch. Most recently, I had a pretty bad scratch on the door of my Mercedes GLC, and Joab went out of his way to help us the same day we reached out. He didn’t rush the job either. He used specialized tools (including a paint depth gauge) to make sure everything was done carefully and correctly, with no risk of further damage.
