My experience with Chris and Ryan was excellent. I had several plumbing problems and new installations. Chris was very thorough on explaining everything to me and allowed me time to make my decisions. I had repairs and new installations done. They kept me informed on how everything was going and then showed me everything they did when the job was complete. These two young men were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I will recommend Platinum Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.
We had the taps in a bathroom sink rebuilt as well as the drain for that sink unclogged. The price quoted was reasonable. The Service Person arrived on time, inspected what needed to be done and provided options. There was no pressure to pick an option. The Service Person was polite, knew his job, and performed the tasks quickly. Once complete, he tested to make sure there were no leaks. A job well done. Thank you.
I know I'm in good hands when I can Platinum Plumbing for any work to be done. They always take care of me.

Platinum Plumbing just completed my walk-in shower makeover, measuring 6 ft long X 8 ft tall X 4 ft deep. The end result was absolutely stunning. 4/23/26 Review for my second shower makeover … Platinum Plumbing just completed my 2nd shower makeover. I wanted a shower to accommodate both current and possible future handicap needs. Dalton worked with me to design a shower that included overhead rain, wall mount, and handheld options with built-in seat.
Zach, Hunter, Andrew, and Chris all did great jobs with special thanks to Zach & Madisen for making sure the project finished on schedule.

Hunter did phenomenal work. We had a clogged drain behind the washer that backed up into the mop sink. He have us multiple pricing options and what work would be done with each option.
He spent no longer than an hour and got the drain unclogged and explained what was causing the clog and how to prevent it in the future. Hunter was very knowledgeable and professional.
Edit 4/17/2026:
I had both of my hose spigots causing leaks in my home in activated. I had Dalton come by and fix both of them. He was very professional and provided the pricing for each spigot. I decided to get both of them fixed. One required cutting a hole in the wall and after it was repaired, Dalton installed an access panel.
I can't recommend this company enough! They were reasonably priced, professional, and actually care about their customers.

Chris was on time. He did excellent work and cleaned up very well. He explained everything he did and showed us how they worked. I would highly recommend Platinum Plumbing.
