We had an unexpected plumbing emergency when a ceiling tile fell due to a leak from our upstairs toilet.
We called Platinum Plumbing, and Chris Deleon came out quickly. From the moment he arrived, Chris was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the toilet, and even took the time to check our water heater - which, surprisingly, had outlived its expected lifespan by several years. After discussing our routine maintenance, he explained why it was time to replace it as well, and completed both installations in one visit.
What really stood out was how Chris interacted with our 17-year-old son. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all his questions, and even offered him the chance to job shadow if he ever wanted to explore a career in plumbing. If it were something our son decided to pursue, we need to clear it with the owners but still worth mentioning as it was clear Chris not only knows his trade, but also cares about sharing his knowledge and helping others.
We couldn't be happier with the work, the service, and the extra effort Chris put in. Highly recommend Platinum Plumbing for any plumbing needs! I hope our paths cross again but not too soon.

We’ve already left a glowing review for Platinum Plumbing after they replaced our toilet and water heater, so we already knew the quality of their work was exceptional. What we didn’t expect was that they would somehow make us look forward to plumbing appointments.
Most homeowners know the drill. Update 6/18/2026. We needed some additional work and we were happy to call Platinum Plumbing again and have Chris take a look for us. He was thorough and professional in assisting us with a toilet repair, new guest tub/shower, new sump pump, and new water heater. The investment in your home is just as important to them as it is to you. Chris took the time to explain everything to us and review options for the best fit in our situation. Work was delivered in the timeframe and quality promised. We will continue to call them for our plumbing needs.

EDIT 6/2026 - Another great experience with Platinum Plumbing! I scheduled a diagnostic to try to figure out why my water bill suddenly skyrocketed from one month to another. Hunter R. was the technician that came out, and he was extremely thorough in checking everything and found a leak in one of my toilets. He explained everything very clearly, was very polite, and provided several options for moving forward. He also was not pushy for me to make a decision right then and there. And then I learned that Platinum waived the diagnostic fee! Just a great experience all around, and I will definitely stick with Platinum Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!
6/2024 - Kyle and Hunter were great. Kyle had originally come out to install a water heater that I had provided and bought from a big box store (trying to save some money). After discovering that that “new” water heater was pretty dented and was slightly too tall, Kyle gave me several options and explained the pros and cons of each. I ended up deciding to have Platinum supply a new heater and install it. Kyle got right on it, making sure the NEW new water heater showed up and was installed the same day — within just a few hours! I really appreciate the hard work he did and extra time and effort he put in to make sure I had a working water heater that would meet my needs.

After 32 years, it was time for a major plumbing upgrade. Chris and the rest of the crew did a great job bringing everything up to code and running properly.
All plumbers are expensive, but when they are professional, courteous and straightforward, the price is much easier to take.
