Stuart was excellent, from the initial contact all the way through to the end of the Job he was very professional. Some other providers said i couldn't install a dog door on my double glazed stacker doors because the air gap was to wide. Stuart had no issues and was happy to help. We are very happy with the final product. We have double glazed PVC stacker doors and the dog door looks great. Thank you Stuart.

Our screen door broke unexpectedly on a Saturday of a long weekend and we thought we needed to replace it. Called Stuart and sent pics. Called right back with great advice, repaired the door (rather than need to replace), and even threw in free extra services (lock and door closing mechanism replacement) and all within 24 hours. What a legend! Highly recommend!

After searching for various sites I found the information at Platinum Pet Doors Sydney to be the best. I sent my online enquire and recieved a reply same day. I uploaded photos of my door and received a quote. A visit from Stuart the next day was very professional. 2 options were offered for my Chuhiahia and within 4 days I received my new pet door. Just would like to say Stuart fitted our pet door and I could not ask for better service or job. Stuart attend our house with in a day of contacting explained everything and gave us great advice. The door was fitted approximately 5 days later. I would highly recommend Stuart to fit your doggy door. Thanks again and a great job.

Stuart did a great job on our doggie door. We needed a 2 door system for the security screen door and the laundry door which has a glass insert. Would highly recommend Stuart if you need a dog door installed.
