If you’re deliberating about who to call, I would highly recommend you get in tough with Platinum. From the first contact I made with, James was empathetic, professional, knowledgable and really put my mind at ease. My boiler not working first thing on Saturday morning could have been such a stressful event, however the service received put me at ease. James swiftly identified and fixed the problem and completed a full check of the gas and boiler, including calling the gas board to adjust the gas pressure coming into my home. Everything being done was explained clearly and we had a great chat along the way! I recommend Platinum highly enough. They’ll be my go-to from now on. A big thank you 🙏🏽

Super friendly and realisable, clean, honest and knowledgeable.
