Blocked shower
James is a great guy! Very humble and nice, explaining all the issues the pipes might have and what he's going to do to solve them.
Everytime there's a problem with the shower and sinks, we always call him! 👌🏽

💗My boiler was broken, James (engineer) visited the day after I called. I can't stress enough how amazing this company is in comparison to other companies. Instead of a time slot I was given an exact time and, surprisingly enough, the engineer actually turned up at that time. Once here he accessed the boiler, gave me a quote and timeframe for getting parts then installed them in another day which we booked and the boiler was fixed. This was all done for half the price I got quoted by another company which on top of the overly expensive quote also wouldn't turn up no matter what I did. It is really reassuring and amazing to now have found a reliable company and engineer I'd like to keep working with for a lifetime. Thank you so much James and Platinum Emergency Services Ltd !!!!

I wanted to say Thank you so much for James who done excellent work in fixing my leaking pipes in the toilet room.James was very professional , clearly experienced and very friendly and polite .He was prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that the work was completed to a high standard. Absolutely perfect service from James and Platinum. I called with a non-urgent issue on Monday evening and by Wednesday lunch it was fixed. Totally reliable and excellent quality.
